You are Bernd Colourscheme, you have awakened. When you went to Brazil to visit Shamans, and you did your first Ayuahuesca ritual you began believing, and you began seeing. You are a mage, you have certain abilities, but it always involves haggling with spirits and rituals and complicated meditations, yet you are able to change the world to an extent. In the jungle you hold many powers, as the veil is thin, and spirits come in and out. In the city not so much. You now live in Frankfurt, Germany, and you own a smaller house, with a powernode within. It is still small and relatively weak, but you intend to strengthen it. You give people spiritual healings and hold meditation courses. You also work with colour patterns to heal and secure. You have some ritualistic tools, such as bones from deer, a big pipe to inhale herbs, a small chain with a clay figurine representing your magical self, your avatar, and you also have a small library on metaphysical, and supernatural matters, and some meditation instructions.

You do not know any other mages yet. You wake up! What is your plan for the next 12 hours? (Write at least three sentences, describing bernds actions and his wishes. The more detailed a plan the more likely it will be chosen. If anything interesting happens during this time ill come to the scene, and you get to decide on some actions once again.)

OK, both of you die and let us know what happens.

Spend that time inhaling some herbs with your big pipe.

Take a leisurely walk out into the wilderness, packing any packs you have with as much food and cloth as you can. Grab the more valuable tomes from your collection and pack those as well. Don several layers of coat and store your other items within the pockets. You don't plan to come back to this home. Instead you are heading south, looking for a more natural place to call home, one where your power will increase.

For now you decide that it is better to go into nature to expand your studies on the spirits, and perhaps you can find a powerful spirit who is willing to inhabit your node and your meditation centre. Therefore you decide to wander to the south, you want to take food and some valuable books too. You begin packing your bag. (Int + Survival against a difficulty of 7: 9, 3, 10 10) You manage to bring every item you need for a month worth of travelling. Not only do you have food, you also have different sets of clothing, some books of spiritology and occultism, also you brought your trusty swiss army knife and a boomerang. Now you start to dress apropriately for the weather, it is summer so it's warm. You decide on a t shirt of green colour and some shorts of black. On your feet you wear sandals, for now.

You begin your wandering, (Stamina + Athletics difficulty of 6: 10, 5, 4) and you actually do manage to walk 20 miles. You are now in the Hessian underwoods, and you decide that you should find a good spot where nobody will find you. (Wits + Stealth difficulty of 7: 10, 2 , 7, 3) You manage to find a good spot, and begin building your Sleeping den out of broken twigs and leafs, as you haven't brought a tent. (Survival + Intelligence to a difficulty of 9: 2, 3, 5, 8) As you try to build your den it often crumbles together and once you thought it was finished, the wind broke your work. It is now too dark for you to see and build effectively. You can of course use magic to perform some of these works for you, but also you could just sleep on the floor, as its a rather warm night.

Shave off your beard and spin it into silken wizardbeard yarn (with magical properties).
Sam is basically right, he's just cranky.

Create a small bedding of leaves and allow yourself to drift to sleep.

You decide to spent some more time on building a bed out of leaves (roll dex + survival to a difficulty of 5: 5, 5, 10, 4) You manage to build a very comfortable and resistant bedding of leaves, and are proud of your work. In the next moments the sun is going down and you fall asleep. Your dreams are inspiring, you see your current location and also your old home, the meditation centre. There is beings going from the woods towards the centre. Spirits in forms of foxes, owls, deceased, and unknown forms, powerful spirits beyond the scope of imagination.

You suddenly hear a cracking piece of wood, and you spring up to face the intruder. You see a group of four humans, dressed in traditional style german clothing. One of them is a female and the other three are male. They surround you, and you realize that there is no way to escape, at least in the traditional sense.

Launch ourselves, using our magic, as high as we are capable into the trees and onto a larger branch.

You look around and quickly draw out your avatar-necklace and begin to chant for some spirits. While doing this one of the five, the thin and scrawny looking one, walks towards you and clears his voice. "Hrm, hrm. Now what are you doing there, with your toy?" You look into the yellow eyes of this man, and begin to shiver, calling out for spirits, but you seem to be unable to find any. No luck there. So you begin to call out louder. The scrawny guy grabs you and screams: "Stop disturbing the sleeping. We have things to discuss!" You try to shake lose (dexterity + athletics dif 8: 8, 1, 8, 1) but to no avail, the grip of the man is to strong. "Stop moving, okay, come with us!"

Suddenly you feel sick in your entire body, as you are moving of a speed of 100 miles per hour, or so it feels. You close your eyes tightly, and suddenly after three seconds, that feel like an hour or so, the movement stops and you slowly open your eyes. You find yourself in a black and white forest, quite similar to the place you set up your camp, but it seems void of life, and it has a weird temperature, which makes you feel cold and warm at the same time. You feel that there is something wrong with this forest, and that there is no hope found around these parts. The Man loosens his grip and lets you free. One of the five comes up to you and holds your shoulder. You look up and see a man in a ripped jeans with no shirt on. He has black hair and brown skincolour. His hear reaches down to his shoulder. On his breast is a scar shaped like an eagle. There is antlers growing out of his head. "Come friend!" He holds out his hand and you reach for it, sealing an unspoken friendship based on your similar understandings of the spiritual world. "I am Deed-Been-Done." "Bernd Colourscheme."

Deed-Been-Done explains to you, that he and the other people around, are a pack of werewolves on a hunt for answers. Apparantly, there is a community of werewolves based in a closeby forest, where there is a chantry with spirits, and kinmen to their kind. You listen carefully when they tell you about their believes of the trinity. There is three forces in the universe known as the Wyld, the Weaver, and the Wyrm. These three forces stand for creation, stability, and destruction. As the Wyld created and reassembled all the connections of the Weaver, the Weaver got mad, and began spinning a net around the entire umbral world. The Wyrm, before a force that would balance creation and stasis, became tainted and grew powerhungry. It becomes stronger everyday and actively influences people to decay, death, and desperation. The Werevolves are warriors for Gaia.

You take note to all of this and absorb every bit of information. Your quest in nature has brought you another insight. Then you ask: "So why do you tell me all this?" "Because you are a human who can speak to the spiritworld. You can go to some places we can. Go to the Silver Temple and retreive the Wolftooth the sword. It will be guarded by creatures, but the rewards we shall grant you, shall fulfill your dreamquest." "Why don't you go?" "Because we are banned from there, no way in. Humans though, they can enter. It is very important that you fulfill this request, as the consequences of failure will certainly endanger this entire forest. So what will you do?"
OK, both of you die and let us know what happens.
