Name: Zuron Ziel
Race: Furen Tze
Background: Zuron Ziel grew up as a regular, if slightly brighter than average child in the capital city of Vi Tze. He was always particularly fascinated by foreign culture and technology and the principles upon which they worked, an interest which most people around him just couldn't seem to relate with. He quickly made it his hobby to collect products imported from other space-faring nations, a hobby which he would keep well into his days in the Capital Guard.
After several years of exceptional service in the Capital Guard, Zuron came across an offer to work in the Space Force. Presented with the chance to explore the worlds beyond those of his own kind, he promptly accepted and found himself traveling from system to system as he slowly went up the ranks. At the end of his career in the Space Force, he would become a notable commander tasked with missions ranging from escorting the most valuable of assets to protecting the space above Furen itself.
Despite this, not all was well in Zuron Ziel's career. With each passing day that he fulfilled his passion for the foreign, a radical and uneasy thought embedded itself deeper into the back of his mind.
Stagnation, why has it consumed his kind? As their neighbors amongst the stars continued to advance technologically, the Furen Tze had reached an artificial peak, brought about by a practically universal sense of content. Furen can't go on like this.
Or so he thought...
In Zuron's last days in the Space Force, he would become increasingly supportive of the move for increased progress. Alas, his efforts to convince his associates would fall on deaf ears, eventually leading to his voluntary resignation and attempt to dive into politics. Even though he found his ideals to be far more welcome in civilian society, even there his school of thought was met mostly with disinterest. Disgruntled and disillusioned by what he perceived as the ineptitude of his own people, he disappeared from the public scene, never to be heard from again.
That is, until he joined the Source and since worked his way up through its ranks.
Some say Zuron Ziel did so to spite Furen, while others say he genuinely found it endearing. Whatever the truth may be, it is unlikely he will ever disclose it to anyone but his most trusted.
