Did I mention that the State of the Union is tonight?  Because we're already 20 minutes in.

It's a good thing I don't have any alcohol to go along with the State of the Union drinking game, or I might die.

One of the drinking prompts was HALF of the audience giving a standing ovation.

Alcohol poisoning.

It's safe to say we abandoned the double post rule long ago.

Speaking of things repeating too many times, there's another debate tonight!

They managed to turn a swimming pool into a badass situation room. Can't wait to see what more they can cram into the Oval Office.

Also...

Quote from: The Article
Planned renovation to the White House means the next president—whoever it is—may be displaced from the Oval Office for as long as a year.

Come on! Quit being so dramatic. Obama is going to win and be unable to use his office for a while.

It's official; Brandonazz Loves Romney! Giving him 15% lead over Gingrich, and 50 whole state points.

Score so far: Rom-a-nator 84, Gingers 27, Paully Shore Magneto 10, Mr. ButCream 8

So.

Santorum is kind of winning. Wow. What the hell people?

My only explanation is that this is like when a basketball coach takes out their starters and puts in the bench when they are being spanked with 1 minute left in the game. The republicans are signaling defeat, right? They just don't want to try anymore this year, right?!

Santorum won some caucuses and is doing well in some polls.  But let's look at what really matters, the delegate count.  Here is a blog for your consideration:

http://www.nationalreview.com/campaign-spot/291665/santorum-national-frontrunner-3-delegates

What does that mean? Caucuses are stupid.  Santorum has ended up as the conservative Not Romney, and I think he will stay there.  Romney is still in the lead and has the advantage in cash, organization, and endorsements (whatever those are worth).  But, those could all still change.

Right now, people are looking to Michigan as the make or break primary.  Then when the results are in and no one leaves the race, Super Tuesday on March 6 will be the make or break day.  After those primaries, then I think we can talk about who is winning.

On Romney I read somewhere (but won't provide a link so you'll have to take my work for it and my word is awesome) that January was one of his slowest money raising months and didn't make as much as Mr. Buttjuice.
