Not really. Sweden has got parties in the parliament that lie as far right as the American Democrats, and some so far left that they stopped calling themselves Communist not that long ago.

But we all know that using Sweden as an example for anything is absurd because Sweden operates on a much smaller scale than important countries.

I disagree Pat, I think small scale nations should always used as guides for running global superpowers.

In fact, why not follow Belgium's example and have no government at all?

Belgium doesn't have a government?

Madness!
Who are you again and why in the world would you expect anything resembling rationality or civility in youtube comments?

We accepted that America was fat a long time ago. You can't keep using that as an excuse, Pat
Not a winner anymore.

They had elections exactly a year ago, and they still haven't formed a government, because they're keeping up the great Belgian tradition of Walloons complaining about the Flemish, and vice versa.

Another debate just finished, and I'm tired.  Where's my dessert pizza, Herman Cain?  And why are Ron Paul supporters the most likely to yell and make a fool of themselves in a televised audience?
Probably not a Goat, either.

Current ad I'm getting in this thread.  I think the answer is obvious.
