I could not find a topic on this so I am making one.

Has anyone heard of "0 AD"? Its an open source Age of Empire-like game. It looks really cool.

EDIT: I tried the alpha just to see the game in action. Overall its not too bad for an alpha. However for some reason it gave me motion sickness when moving around the camera. This normally only happens to me with FPS. I am not sure how it did so for an RTS like this.  :-\

It's an Age-of-Empires-II-esqe historical ancient civilization game, currently in pre-alpha. When it's finished, it will be free to download. It's got lots of historical stuff packed in, too, which is great.

You can download the pre-alpha as it is now, which is playable but lacking a lot of content and with performance issues.

Also the music is great.

Also it has Join by IP Multiplayer.
