Biography: Very little is known about the man known simply as Feofan. It is said he is a strong and nimble man whose skills are only outweighed by his lust for money. His name is often whispered in the underground of Erayru Prime, but no one is sure if the rumors are true. The only thing that is known that if you offer a large enough pay, someone claiming to be Feofan will answer. If your offer and conditions are acceptable, you're likely to have your job done in a most suitable manner, if not, you might as well say good bye to your credits, with no compensation.
Equipment: Being almost synonymous with the shadows of Erayru Prime, Feofan has access to large variety of items only found in the black markets.
Deep Shocker: A small taser like gun with two protruding spikes. A weapon that has been banned across all the civilized worlds in the colonized galaxies, the deep shocker is an extremely sadistic weapon that allows the user to shock beneath the skin and deliver debilitating nervous damage.
Light Spacesuit: A custom spacesuit designed exclusively for Feofan that allows survival in deep space and the freedom of movement he needs to get the job done.
Nafoef: Feofan's personal space craft. Its small size allows for nimble movement and general ease of avoiding detection, but also has a compliment of disproportionately powerful weapons, just in case.
