Callcentres aren't that bad; I've worked in various ones for a few years, only doing inbound calls, so I'm not phoning round selling double-glazing or fitted kitchens. I just try to help customers out (unless they talk down to me, lack manners, or show me a complete lack of respect, in which case they're on their own), ya know?
