Maybe it's because people don't want to compete with the Nauceans, and would prefer to use their background since they lack the confidence to do their own.

I, however, encourage a little competition. It forces you to be original and creative. And I use the term original lightly, since the best stuff is always inspired by something before it anyways.

Always did want nanotechnology for uses similar to the Nauceans when they put nano skins on their ships. Except my idea was more along the lines of changing the ship's form.

For example: changing a fighter's shape for space flight to atmospheric flight.

I say its a interesting idea.
In space, no one can hear you scream unless your transmitting it on the right radio frequency.

Like cubes that rotate on an axis for 121600 degrees of firing, but then they transform "Cubix" sstyle when in-atmosphere.

121600 degrees? Isn't that simply impossible?

But still, don't you think the idea of ships having a nano skin thats able to change the ships shape? Changing weapon emitters is cool, first time I ever heard of something like that, but a ships hull! Thats impressive.

He means 360x360, but that's just what 360 squared means, I'm as lost as you on the other stuff.

If a circle is 360 a square would be 360^2 or would that be 360^3?

Uh, no. A square is 360 degrees methinks.
:O

The Nauceans body was made from these ...

So I was right about the Jamba eyes.  :D

I can definitely say that the Nauxeans are quite familiar, yet at the same time manage to be pretty alien, which is quite a nice feat.  :)

You guys just bother around with Hydro about ancient Naucien timeships, I'll just be over here noodling around with Project Talsenreave :P

*brofist*

Nice!

I actually feel the same for cube-ships!

Especially when they can do this.  8)

No.

Is the Yes referencing the no because of the limited technology of 'them', or is the Yes referencing the no because of the fact that it's bad for RPs.

So, if it was non RP, then it would be legal to make a thingy regarding an apocalyptic scenario when 'them' access that time sphere.

It's not a matter of being non-RP, but being non-cannon.  You could do it, but it would never be mentioned or reffered to outside of that one RP.

You know Lush, there's a little something called turrets which you may want to look into.
