All a griefer needs is one unit each of flint and iron, and he can set the whole thing ablaze. Two units to destroy so much work, it's pretty unfair. I'm surprised Notch hasn't figured that out by now.

Guys. Obviously he doesn't care. You can tell him what you want but w/e all he did was grief.

Just remove him from the server and call it a day, he is not defending himself, and you guys are just giving him attention now. He admitted he did it, and is most likely going to be banned as he said himself. The problem is now solved, it's unfortunate your guys' work was destroyed though, I liked reading and seeing the maps about it.

There is no reason for him to be banned from the forum for this since in the rules i see nothing pertaining to outside of forum behavior. I would be a bit troubled if he was to be in serious trouble in-forum for something he did out-of-forum which is clearly solvable out-of-forum.

We're all just pissed and venting now that we have an excuse :P

On a side note: We were burned once before, and we rebuilt the forest into something beautiful! We can certainly do it again! Each burning just improves our work into the quality of the map :). Speaking of which, I think that, for anyone who cares, we shouldn't fix the library. We've come to the general consensus that it's a sort of symbol now, the way it looks so skeletal. Also, on a related note, I think that it would be awesome if we were to keep this map permanently, through updates and such; It's been through so much already, and I'm personally curious to see how it might develop over time.

EDIT to Luminar: However, most of us of us are not devils, either.
