Oh, I thought I had. I meant to put it in there right away but I forgot.

SMP soon... should be good times.
If there's a choice, it'll be left private for now.

Not unless you find gun powder in a hidden dungeon cache.

That looks pretty enchanting.
Install a hidden chamber for ritual sacrifice.

I'm picturing a huge circular room deep underground with a hole in the roof for sunlight and no other lights. Big enough that you can't see the walls. Only problem is monsters.
Yeah, [Kishmond] came back from Africa, but the ponies have him now.

Monsters shouldn't be a problem for a room designed for killing someone :P

A lever is a switch, Badger, on/off. Doors happen to stop liquids. Just put a lava source behind a door and bam, you've got your ticket to clearing the room, because once you close the door the lava will disappear because it's cut off from the source.

Update from Notch's blog (emphasis mine):
Quote from: Notch
Sometimes I go too long before releasing stuff, and I end up in a situation where caution, pride and laziness all work together to keep postponing thing even further.

I知 releasing the SMP server tomorrow so we can get some testing done while I知 in Berlin, pretty much regardless of what state of completion it is in. But caution, pride and laziness strikes anyway, stressing me out. I知 working hard on polishing it at much as I can, getting rid of bugs and trying to get an auto-updater done for it.

The last thing I finished was visible player attack/mine animations (they池e silly!) and visible carts and boats, and I知 still working on the inventory management. We値l see how much I actually manage to implement, so I won稚 promise any more features, but the release is coming tomorrow no matter what. Probably early in the day, so I can fix any huge bugs before leaving.

Once it痴 out, the initial fear of release will be gone, and it値l be easier for me to update it.

Short summary: ;D ;D

I was just making a new skin when I realized how fun it would be if those 6 face sized blank spots on the texture map could be used to make different face emotes.  The normal face in the main spot, and then designate each blank spot for a different emote.  Smile, frown, mad, consternation, PAIN, and DEATH.  I should check the suggestions to see if anyone else suggested it.

It could also be used as a damage indicator however emotes seem like a better idea, the only problem I could see is if a player has a skin that goes on to the second layer, I have several skins that most certainly won't work if the emote layer is on the top or bottom layer.
