Since he turned on flowing water in infinite.  It also creates a current and pushes stuff around too.

I'm going to figure that there's eventually going to be some reason to choose leather armor over iron.
It's neat to have more stuff, but it's kinda like those wooden picks. Make one, use it a little to get some stone, and never make wooden tools ever again.

Anyway, it's cool to have a little more mob variety. It's actually something I've always wanted to see a lot more of.

I use leather because i dont like to waste iron on clothes, I like to use it on buckets or tracks :D but due to the boatupdate i dont even waste it on tracks anymore but more on just buckets :D.

i was wandering around as usual and I came across a floating island with a waterfall on it.

I decided to make it my new base.

I can't remember how to change my respawn. Is there a way to do it anymore?

I think you can change it with a map editing program, but other that that, no.

Not yet. I believe he plans make it a craftable/placeable, but I have no idea when that'll be implemented.  I would think it would be something he needs to do before multiplayer.

On his most recent stream, he said he may not. :/ I'm sure we can break him, though!

Yeah, fixed spawns don't really make sense. It really lessens the importance of having an infinite map. It shouldn't be too unlimited though to prevent exploitation.
Yeah, [Kishmond] came back from Africa, but the ponies have him now.

I always thought it would be tough to build anyway. Like requiring full iron, gold, and/or diamond blocks, or some even rarer ore.  Something that takes a while to gather the the ore to build.  And make it so that if you destroy it, you don't get back any of the original ingredients.  That'll keep people from making a respawn outside of every cave they go spelunking through.

Maybe made of a diamond block surrounded by redstone dust?
