It has been nearly a week since the adventure camp was held at the Maxis Studios in Emeryville, California for a 2 day demonstration and try out for Galactic Adventures (which 10 of the top creators attended).

Awesomeness, thanks for these links.  One thing I like about Q & A with Maxis people is their honesty and frankness with the answers.  If someone asks about a non-existent feature they'll just say "no".

Reading the features of GA makes me feel that old spore hype again.

Has some things I want to create.

1. A battle stage in the sky, if you fall you are dead.

2. Recreation of the attack from bugs on fortress seen in Starship troopers movie.

I'd like to build a mission where you have to sneak your way through a maze-like underground fortress in time to stop the evil overlord from destroying the enslaved natives.

Or one where you have to survive for a certain amount of time out in the wilderness before your ship can beam you back up.

Or maybe a mission that involves searching for specimens of rare creatures, only to find out that the client who hired you to do so will mutate them all and have them attack you!

Or I could make one in which you need to race vehicles to save your crew!

Or...
I think fish drown when they are knocked unconscious or pierced through the lung.

You cant drive vehicles.  :(

But I just thought of something! make a vehicle that has a big platform on the back that you can ride on :D

Is it possible to move around on a vehicle which drives forward fast?

And to follow up. If that vehicle hits a wall will you be thrown forward with equal force the car is moving with?

Is thinking on a small game where you need to jump or stand in certain places on a platform back on the vehicle then go through some kind of circle ahead of you flying after the vehicle has crashed into a wall. The challenges could be more and more hard to do, or you have limited lives?

Making a mission wherein you must sneak into and commandeer a large military spacecraft would be awesome.

Man, I hope I don't get too hyped about this... :)

The EP is awesome, but don't go making many plans involving vehicles. You can't drive vehicles. You can ride them, but there's little stuff you can make a vehicle do. i'm pretty sure you can't place them on top of buildings, or other vehicles, nor you can make them crash into anything.
