In space, no one can hear you scream unless your transmitting it on the right radio frequency.

Any suggestion in which to order it then? By first name?

I have a hard enough time remembering user names, character names are like... whaa! (In the Superpower RP I've called my own character by the wrong name for MONTHS!)

If you could organize it by user name that would be better. And there's no reason to list the character's job level since it's right there in their bio.

I could list by username, yeah. Also, I added the characters' jobs so you don't have to click through to the bio every time you wonder what the character does.

If people aren't going to take the time to read the bios I don't think listing a character's job is going to help them very much. It's all process of subliminal reinforcement. Make them go to the profile as often as possible and over time they'll start to remember things.

Seems like Haseri has the character list covererd :)
Also, could you put the list in the first post, please, Haseri? It'll be much easier to find there. Thanks :)

I need you to tell me which one you're going to be updating so I know which post to link to in the RP list. Optimally (sorry to oppose you once again, Didero) the topic on this page would be nice to see updated since it doesn't require you to scroll down when you click the link.

Do you have a short one paragraph description of this RP you'd like to have used in the RP list?

Come with us now on a journey through time and space...to the world...of the No

Join the crew of the Hawking as they uncover ancient relics and the evils that reside in the human heart. Against the coldness of space, will humanity survive?

Will that do? Not knowing the eventual tone of the RP, it's all I can think of.

I think evil in the human heart is a little too dark for a Space Opera.

Most examples in that genre cast humans as the undisputed good guys of the galaxy.
Sam is basically right, he's just cranky.

Well, we need evil, and we don't have any nonhumans.  :P

Also, can I take a villain slot?
Twas Brillig and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe, all mimsy were the borogoves and the mome raths outgrabe.

Hm, I may get in on this.

Name:  Dirk Mathews
Gender:  Male
Age:  32
Role:  News Corespondent (Civilian)
Description:  Taller than average with obscenely good hair.
Personality:  On camera he can go from cheerful and ecstatic to solemn at a moment's notice.  Off camera he is consistently arrogant, self involved and has a tendency to forget that most of the people on board can technically order him around.
Origin:  Earthling, born and raised, Dirk has been through enough nations, colonies, and stations in his adult life to give him the nearly neutral accent that the networks love.
Background:  Dirk had long been a minor reporter for ISNN (Inter Stellar News Network, finest name in FTL broadcasting) when the network finally arranged for a corespondent to accompany an exploratory SCSS vessel, the Hawking.  Not wanting to lose an anchor, even for such a large role, they pulled one of their unknowns and Dirk got his big break.  It did not take long for his ego to grow to match his new position.
Nefarious?  Nearly.  Ne’er-do-well?  Never!  Neither nearly names this narrator.  Naive and knowledgeable, notorious and inscrutable, this nascent Nero is known naturally as Neoadept.

OK, shall we start this? We can have an Episode 0 to introduce everyone if Sam wants more time to think up a villain.
