The cast is looking more and more like the cast of TF2. :P

But then again, this is where it was based off of. ;)

Well, anyway...

Name: Mattheus Mendelssohn RN
Age: 28
Rank: Specialist
Role: Combat Medic
Bio: Mattheus F. Mendelssohn, or Matt for short, spent most of his childhood like any other slightly above average kid in the suburban parts of Reno, Nevada. But all of that changed when his grandmother on his father's side of the family died while he was in fifth grade. Since then, he became more distant to both his family and to society in general. He spent most of his time pushing himself away from the rest of the crowd, preferring to spend his time alone, deep in his own world of thought.

Things took a strange turn, however, after Mattheus graduated from high school. Mattheus, to his parent's surprise, opted to take on Nursing. Something that seemed quite not right for him, considering his highly introverted nature. But after four years of study, he still managed to pull it through, nonetheless.

While practicing at Boulder City Hospital, Mattheus became more and more open to the people around him. Not just content anymore with putting up a, mostly, fake personality like he used to back in college. Eventually, Mattheus decided that the monotonous life in the hospital just wasn't enough for him. That's when he signed up for the army.

Skills and Traits:

"Need a quick healing?": Spending a considerable portion of his practice in the emergency ward, Mattheus has a lot of experience working under great pressure. Cuts? Burns? Fractures? Sure thing! Give him a few minutes and you're pretty much good to go!

No Fear: Mattheus, due to his line of work, has always been used to seeing people die around him. Add that to his mostly apathetic, and sometimes cynical view on human life, and he's pretty much unfazed by anything that might come his way.

Now we only need a spy, a dedicated pyro, a heavy and a scout.

Oh, and one of should be good at making sandwiches.

Name: Ashley "Ash" Turnbull

Age: 29

Rank: First Sergeant

Role: Senior NCO and I'm bringing a machine gun.

Bio: Born into a military family, on an army base, Ash has always considered himself "in the army."  His father was a sergeant and his mother school teacher; discipline and hard work have always been part of his life.  Always knowing his place in life, he joined up when he was 17.  Since then, he's been either training to kill, training others to kill, or actually killing the enemies of Uncle Sam.

Skills/Traits:

Military Training:  Ash has dedicated himself to the pursuit of military knowledge to the best of his ability.  He has earned all the weapon qualification, airborne, pathfinder, and ranger badges.

Still working on this; just saving it for now.

Ok, I think it's time this RP got off the ground. I'll start it tomorrow around 4 or 5 PM PST.

Are people allowed to play the Communists? Or are all of the players on the American side?

I wouldn't really want to be the main antagonist of the RP myself, but if I would be able to work with another more experienced rp'er then I would be happy to make a communist character.

Edit: This is only relevant if Razonatair is wrong of course :P

Just thought of something.  If this war's been going on for 4 years, then we'd almost certainly have a nickname for the enemy.  Think about it.  The Germans were Jerry, Russia was Ivan, the Vietnameese were Charlie, so our opponents need a name too!
What do you guys think?
