The Khuris map would be quite... interesting.

The PSR flag:

The white triangle symbolizes the people of the PSR, and the red symbolizes all the factors that caused them to join together, like socialism, friendship, etc.

Honestly I wish to know more about this world war as well.

Perrachi Politics have also perked my interest as well, (Like how they keep their government uncorrupted among other things.)

To be honest, their government does have corruption, just much less than any human government. Technically, any employed Perrachi in PSR territory is part of the government, as it controls all business. However, Tuolfs and other leaders recognized that they needed to destroy corruption for freedom, justice, peace, equality, and other big fancy words like that to survive. Nowadays, to get into a position of administration you must have some qualifications such as experience, college diplomas, and the like, as well as rigorous testing to ensure that you have the capabilities for the job, as well as a morally sound mind.

I'll start drawing some pics to go along with background info on the War. Oh, and a bit of biographical info on the President and Prime Minister of the Perrachi Socialist Republic, if you want.

Dimikos Talin

1st President of the Perrachi Socialist Republic
Incumbent
Assumed Office Re 27th, 3518

Born                   Mi 37th, 3451 (age 67)
                          Anouha, Chervan Empire
Nationality        Chervan
Political Party   Democratic Socialist

President Dimikos Talin was born in 3451 in the western Chervan Empire. The Empire had recently lost its territories in the southern lands of Terolk and it was a talking matter throughout his childhood. After meeting with then-Emperor Izikipar Gaddon V, Dimikos decided to enter the violent world of politics. His charismatic personality led him to become a popular politician, and he served as a member of the Chervan Parliament for six years.

In 3486, the Terolk Civil War started and the country split into the democratic South Terolk backed by both the Fethant Federation and the Avican Empire, and the fascist North Terolk aided by the Galif Republic, the recently-formed Cyki Domain of Karthat and the Chervan Empire. Talin realized that his home country was now a dangerous place for a socialist like him to live, and he fled to the Fethant Federation shortly before the new Emperor Gaddon VI made the Chervan Empire a one-party state. Throughout the World War Talin gave anti-war speeches and even met with the Fethant President to urge an end to the war. At last the war ended with 60-90 million dead, and two years later the five nations banded together to form the Perrachi Empire under the legendary Avik Viperro Tuolfs' leadership. The Chervan Empire was not included, as it had been carved up into a Fethant-controlled region and an Avik-controlled region, effectively destroying the state.

Talin moved back to his old hometown to find it wiped off the map by Avik soldiers years before. He vowed to restore the destroyed cities and shattered lives of so many perrachi and became a Senator, introducing many bills to rebuild cities and homes for refugees. When the United Goonalian Provinces contacted the perrachi Empire in a completely unexpected move, there was a 400-year technological windfall. More effective plasma technology was made, exoparticle tech was introduced, and the wormhole drive (or hyperdrive) was traded by the kratair. Several alliances were made, and the Empire expanded quickly to all the planets in the solar system as well as hundreds of thousands of star systems. Talin became the Governor of the first perrachi colony planet of Ehranti and went about governing it, serving two consecutive four-year terms and earning media fame.

In 3517 his term was up and he gladly stepped down from his position. A few months later the nonviolent Socialist Revolution occurred, and Tuolfs became Chancellor of the USSS. But according to the Constitution of the new Perrachi Socialist Republic, a President was needed. Talin won the Democratic Socialist Party nomination and ran against the Communist Party's Governor Jomiriv Ilstin and the Liberal Party's Senator Tequahal Montapec. He won in a landslide victory with 64% of the vote and became the first President of the PSR. With his charisma he has surprisingly earned the respect of the capitalist UGP and has visited all the capital planets of the USSS. He has five children and lives in Raaksis, the capital city of Perrawiih and the whole PSR. He enjoys comedy movies.

You know, it wouldn't kill anybody else to actually comment once in a while. I don't mean to sound whiny, but come on! I just wrote a detailed biography of an important politician, and the only person who even says anything about it is omegatripod! The purpose of the forum is to post and comment, not to lurk. So if you have anything to say about this, please say it.

I actually based him off of Woodrow Wilson, but now that you mention it there is some similarity to Lincoln.

Akdi Khadenin

1st Prime Minister of the Perrachi Socialist Republic
Incumbent
Assumed Office Re 28th, 3518

Born                   Sol 8th, 3408 (age 109)
                           Gaddonsville, Chervan Terolk Territory
Nationality         Terolk
Political Party    Democratic Socialist

Prime Minister Akdi Khadenin was born in 3408. At the time, perrachi technology was roughly equivalent to modern-day human technology. However, while nowadays the British Empire has formed into the Commonwealth of Nations, the perrachi decolonization movement was still ongoing. The Chervan Empire had control over the desert region of Terolk, and it and the Avik Empire had lost their territories in central Awuno to the new Eleisian Union some twenty-seven years prior. The Chervan Empire's official motto was Perra tes Corchina, or "The world will belong to us (the Chervans)." Akdi resented it perhaps more than anyone those days.

Akdi was born into the Khadenin family, a middle-class family of Terolk Perrachi who despised Chervan rule. Akdi was taught by his father that the world was divided between good and evil, and the most heinous crime a perrachi could ever commit is oppression. As a young adult he was skilled in academics, and he joined a local underground group of rebel Terolks who would remove Chervan direction signs, write anti-Chervan messages on walls and even occasionally attack Chervan officials. When he graduated from college in 3430, the Terolk Independence Movement was growing. Akdi decided that his people's freedom was more important than studying, and he joined the Terolk Resistance Army. His father had joined years prior but was tragically killed by Chervan Imperial Guards.

By the year 3433, Akdi had risen through the ranks to become a respected general in the Resistance. He was noted for never being in a positive mood and treating his officers with extraordinarily harsh discipline. However, his unit was one of the best in the Resistance and had claimed dozens of Imperial Guard kills. In that year the full-fledged Terolk War of Independence broke out. It dragged on for three years before the Resistance Army captured the capital city and the Corvonian Emperor Izikipar Gaddon V ceded Terolk to the rebels. The war was also notable in that the Avican Empire showed its first signs of switching from imperialism to socialism by funding and helping the rebels. Khadenin was now a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Terolk.

In the years between the War of Independence and the Civil War, Khadenin stayed active as a general, training soldiers with skill. He eventually retired to become a politician, and at one point was even elected the fourth President of Terolk in 3456. He urged his nation to focus on internal problems and fiercely oppose the neighboring Corvon Empire's expansionist policies, telling the people that the War's purpose was to gain independence for the Terolk people in their own lands. He also introduced anti-climate change laws, leading his country to become one of the planet's greenest despite its vast oil fields, which he rejected as a tempting evil. Sadly, even this green attitude would not save the island chains of Vakanunu, Carasillo and others from being totally submerged in the rising oceans, causing exoduses of millions of refugees.

Though there were other conflicts between nations, Terolk stayed out of them in an isolationist stance that Khadenin supported. "By taking sides," he said, "We will only invite death to our country." But in the 3470s, fascism and other demonic forms of it were rising. In 3473 the Republic of Karthat had progressed backwards in time to become the Cyki Domain of Karthat under the leadership of Nakht Kruvu and his fanatical religion. The nearby Galic Republic had become a fascist client state of the Cyki Domain, and now the Chervan Empire was becoming increasingly totalitarian. In northern Teroclk fascist rebels were attempting to make a dictatorship out of Terolk, while the loyalists in the south opposed them. Tensions grew until the Republic of North Terolk separated from the Democratic Republic of South Terolk in 3487, starting a civil war between the fascists and the loyalists. Though many expected Khadenin to return to battle, when news of the war came to him he broke down into a depressed state. Everyone was shocked by his behavior. He was always a strong, tough perrachi, but some knew that his love of country was maybe the greatest of any perrachi's.

The World War broke out two years after, and the Terolk Civil War actually ended in 3494, a year before the World War ended. Though North and South were united again at last, the country was devastated and now gladly accepted foreign assistance. Tired soldiers still fought in the northern front against the Chervan Empire until it was destroyed and split between the Fethant Federation and the Avik Empire. Years later all of the nations united as the Perrachi Empire, an action which Khadenin supported. When the United Goonalian Provinces contacted the Perrachi Empire and shared its advanced technology with them, Khadenin decided the time was right to return to politics. He became Governor of the Terolk Area, and when Dimikos Talin won the presidential election following the bloodless Socialist Revolution, Akdi Khadenin was appointed first Prime Minister of the Perrachi Socialist Republic. He is still a stern perrachi, though traces of the horrible Civil War can sometimes be shown within him. He enjoys bino entertainment.
