Someone help me animate this image? I'd like it to flash similarly to Legendary Dwarves in Dwarf Fortress. I'd like the Animated image to maintain the transparency and for it to Blink at a constant rate like the example.

Blink would be similar to the top left image here. Everything would blink on the above image. Face, Beard, Legs.

My first animation from a few years back. Its got about about 100 frames, so it may take a few loops to get up to speed.
