You'll get better if you do a bit every other day or so.
I used to be able to easily do 40 straight. I stopped because I had to go into work, and I needed my muscle strength to stay optimum before each shift.

I do hope more of you guys try this, or some other exercises on your spare time. Makes you feel pretty damn good.

I tried to get into this, though I pushed myself too far in the initial test.  45 pushups.  Mind overcame body, and then body was pissed at me and revoked use of my arms for the next 3 days.

Arrrrgh.

Okay, Week 1 is now complete.
Did 23 pushups on set 5.
It's good that no matter how much harder they make it each day, I can still do more every time, particularly on set 5.

Next Monday we got Week 2 which appears to be considerably more difficult.

Still going.
Week 2, day 1 done.
Could only do their required minimum of 15 on set 5. Arms were totally dead.

Should be a tough week.

Still going. Week 2, day 2 done. Set 5 was a monster.
Gaining and losing two or three pounds each day but I hope to get just under 170 very soon.
