Week 1, Day 1. All sets passed, like last time.
My maximum for Set 5 was another 17 pushups.
EDIT: Oh, wow. I don't think I mentioned it, but before I decided to do this thing, I had already been watching my diet (just a little) and doing some old workout routine I used to do.
Bicep/ab/wrist curls, pushups sometimes, squats, and spot running. Not a hell of a lot. The workout usually only lasted at most a half hour.
I weighed myself a minute ago. In a week, I've dropped ten pounds. I weigh 170.2.
Hah. Now to celebrate by feasting on two whole cakes and a turkey stuffed with butter and gravy.
