Maybe you should take before and after bicep shots to see if there is a visible difference. There probably will be.

that is a very good idea.

Probably more to the triceps and shoulders, but it's not a bad idea even so. Any volunteers with cameras?

That idea wouldn't really work. Your muscles start to change after about two months of rigorous training. I don't think this will make much of a difference.

I did a bit working out a few days and noticed more muscles on my arm. Not too visible but still...

so what, you're saying this is pointless?

better to be insanely strong and look like a pansy, because then you always have the element of surprise.

Well I figure the three days can be put in anywhere in the week you have time (so as to make it more flexible and achievable). No sense in slavishly sticking to a M-W-F schedule if you can gain a day on yourself.

The site said several times that you should rest between days...

Yes, but you don't need to actually do that. You're supposed to take breaks so that you don't injure yourself, but two or three days in a row is not going to hurt you. It's only a serious problem if you're doing it every day.

Yeah, when you are physically training yourself you need to rest at least 24 hours between workouts in order to actually let your muscles 'heal' and prevent micro-tearing which will hurt you in the long run. If you continuously keep working out day after day, it won't work out, the results won't be what they could.

In the Army we did running one day and then strength training the next.
