That's the hardest area to get rid of fat apparently, or at least the last bits of it. I'm no expert, but I think the best bet to getting rid of most of your unnecessary body fat, like in the stomach area, is exercise combined with some properly suited dieting. There's only so much garbage your body can handle; if you aren't clearly gonna use it, it'll store it for later.
Another issue is that people will tend to eat less meals but huge portions, when it's better to have several meals with much smaller portions.
My bro is doing this P90X thing and is bulking up pretty well. He cheats on the diet occasionally and doesn't exercise every single day, yet he's still shaping up pretty damn well, and fast.
Oh, here. This will probably help a lot of you, whether you exercise or not. These things are important.
http://www.wikihow.com/Eat-ProperlyBut yeah, a little bit of my gut is gone according to the before/after picture sequence I'm taking every fifteen days. With all this exercise I'm doing, it's would be easy to burn off at least a bit of it.
If you've got a fair amount of body fat, I think doing any amount of exercise will burn off a lot and quick. Shouldn't be too hard.
I don't have that problem myself, I'm just down to a bit of loose flab, and that's the stuff that is hardest to lose.
TLDR: Yeah, a tiny bit I guess, but I'm only a little overweight.
