lifehacker, and I want to try it out.
Basically, over 6 weeks you work your way up until you can do 100 consecutive push ups.
I'm going to start it, but I want some forum members to join me. It's ok if your not in shape, that's the point of this
Let's start 7/21 and end at 8/29. Doing push ups every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
