Oh, well I guess drawing challenges could be saved for when we get that art section, hopefully.

Em <3 piggy x3

edit:  I am just being goofy above.  It's "L337" speak.

Translating:
em=I
<3 = a little heart for love
piggy = girlie term for a boar
x3 = happy kitty face with squinty eyes

Snomountoose:

The Snomountoose lives on the icy world of Yukinivale. It's back is covered with both tufts of white fur and bony outcroppings. The fur is used to keep it's young, who cling to the parent's back, warm. The bony outcroppings act as innate protection and camouflage in rocky regions on the surface.|

Edit:

Sabertooth Crystalback:

The Sabertooth Crystalback lives on the icy world of Yukinivale. It lives in packs within deep Ice Caves. It will hunt the plains during the day, and rest huddle with it's own kind at night.

See my signature image! I've been working on expanding the fauna of my imaginary Spore planet 'Dardiria' for some time now..

Ice Demon

The 'Ice Demon' is the most efficient hunter of the frozen world Dardiria, where it thrives because of its high body temperature and excellent camouflage. They lie down in the snow, cover themselves in it and then jump out to chase their wooly prey.. (This is the second version of an earlier creature and has my personal preference, because it now fits in better with Dardiria's other creatures)

Targanth

Targanth is the second most dominant herbivore of Dardiria. The Ice Demons don't hunt it as ferociously as the Harthor, because it packs a heavier punch. Protected by armoured plates and eight huge spikes, Targanth can seriously injure careless predators.

Harthor

Harthor is the dominant herbivore of the frozen plains of Dardiria, where it is hunted ferociously by the Ice Demon. Evolved to protect itself, Harthor sports four large hourns, four short tusks and a backbone protected by a row of boneplates..

The PNG's

Great work so far everyone! There are some very creative creatures in this challenge it seems!

The Brumeloose

The brumeloose has wide feet and claws for walking and burrowing in ice and snow.  Its thick blubbery hide is water proof.  The blue sheen is a thin layer of ice which actually acts as an insulator against frigid winds. Ice frequently forms on their bellies and feet.
