Um, I play mostly in window mode, in 960x600 @ 70Hz. I bought a new pc, already thinking of SPORE, and so I can use the best graphic options.

Another bunch of old creatures (all in scale, they're mostly big):

Here's my Sector General pack.

For those who never heard of it, Sector General is a series of sci-fi books by author James White, about a interspecies space hospital. It's like House M.D., but with aliens.

I took some liberty with the recreations, mostly because of limitations of the CC.

Another bunch. Notice a recurring theme: dinosaur-insect hybrids! That's the theme of a future sporecast, for sure!

I really enjoy looking through your creatures, they are just fantastic!  I am definitely going to have your creatures in my game.

Please Parkaboy.. make a lot more of them.

I don't think we need to actually download them now. All we need is the username to make a sporecast.

I'm glad you guys like my critters. I'll keep making lots of them, then!

I'm still curious about how the sporecasts will work. Hope I can make entire ecosystems that will show up each on the same planet, instead of random placing of creatures...

Probably not entire ecosystems as you would like to.

Remember the game will select a number of herbivores then carnivores according to the planet type.

Then it depends on how many creatures are selected in the sporecast with the Maxis creatures filling the blanks if you didn't select enough.

But we don't know enough about the selection criteria yet.

Well, there goes another family picture:

I'm really proud about some of these creatures. Others, not so much, but then again they're just food...  ;D
