To be fair, he was a long-time alcoholic and painkiller abuser (Though he was clean for some years since) and did rant comedy. The guy not living to 80 isn't really surprising.

But you can now get his ringtones! Gggggggggggggg

Anyhow, sounds like he had another haad attack. A G**D*** Major Cadial Infaction!

I wonder where that put him in the Comedian Health Sweepstakes? Did he still lead Richard Prior?

My opinion, Carlin At Carnegie was his best work overall.

At the very least he had a long career.
By the time you finish reading this signature, I've gotten into your house, stolen your t.v., and re-decorated the place so that it fits with your hipster lifestyle.

It's strange really.

I watched a video of him on religion within the last few days.

It's a shame.

One of his best quotes.

"I think it's the duty of the comedian to find out where the line is drawn and cross it deliberately."

He was a great comedian. I didn't like when I first saw him, though, because it was during one of his swearing rants without context, but later on I grew to like him.

Hey, Brandon, you thinking of becoming a Frisbean?

Kid: Oh wow I'm being deflowered by a grown woman!
Mother: By the way I'm your mother
Kid: OH GOD NO

EDIT: That's where it becomes rape if you were wondering.

Hey, Brandon, you thinking of becoming a Frisbean?

Well of course! I've already begun arranging visits to a variety of very interesting roofs to choose from.

If I find one that I like, I expect conversion will proceed shortly afterward.

My condolences go out to his family.  :(

I don't think I've seen his comedy, but it sounds as though I would have enjoyed it. :)

This reminds me of when Rodney Dangerfield died... :(

I blame what I call the Scopes Law (When discussing evolution in the presence of a creationist, the discussion always becomes a religious debate).

On HBO2 they had 4 of his comedy shows in a row. I watched 6 hours of George Carlin.
