Not a good creature design PC Gamer Blog
« on: June 07, 2008, 01:20:14 pm »
Found this small blog article from a PC magazine, the creation the person who managed to get hold of the creature creator is less that creative!

Like a few commented at that URL we can at least make good use of the filter if needed:D

And so it begins.....

This is the end of days!

The widespread.....obsession with such a, um....shape I will never understand.  :P
If you peruse my things, you get POINTS!

Only trouble is, they're Whose Line Is It Anyway points, which are infamously not worth anything.

I looked at it and thought it looked good, creative and different. I didn't even notice it was a penis creature until I scrolled down....

Leave it to PC Gamer to crystallize the stereotype that PC Gamers are immature losers with an unhealthy interest in penises.

I personally think this is a good thing... Now before you all decide im weird hear me out. ;)

If this is someones best attempt at making a penis creature then I don't think we have much to worry about, I mean, I dunno what that guys got hanging between his legs but that sure as hell dotn look like a penis. Maybe penises are gonna be like normal creatures, hard to re-create and not actually look like what there meant to be, I didn't even realise it was emant to be a penis till i read the thing.

That's what I was thinking.  ;D
"It's an experience that is not often had but it's very memorable. When you've sat back and thought about the meaning of life or your place in the universe or are there aliens out there or did I evolve from pond scum or whatever it is, that kind of range of questions is the domain of Spore and everybody in some sense has asked our own set of those questions." -- Will Wright

I'm sure better designed penis creatures will be designed.  Have no fear about that.

well im not sure if my memory serves me properly or not, but I believe will had stated in an early video that you would be able to ban a creature or all creatures created by said person, from populating your worlds, so that if you get crazy creatures you dont want you can stop them from ruining your world.  But as I said this is all on memory, for all i know it could have been a dream...(probably was)
I believe in compulsory cannibalism. If people were forced to eat what they killed there would be no more war
