Doctor said it's probably epididymitis, ie, an infection in my sperm tube that's causing the lump ans swelling/ache. Getting some tests done and an antibiotic. Hopefully that clears it up and no more problems regarding my testicular region ever happen again ever

Hey man I'm on remicade, lowers immune system and chances to fight off infection. Could be any bacteria! Or from physical trauma, jury is still out. They're testing STDs, I'm skeptical due to the timeline required, but if it is I'll report back as an example of how not to go about sleeping around
