Probably the Graduate, even if it is just the same three songs; it works well with the film.

Also: Pulp Fiction and Donnie Darko...

The Fly 1986  David Cronenberg remake; the orchestrated music is simply marvelous :'(.
It goes perfect with the love story, very similar to Beauty and the Beast; story wise.
Kid: Oh wow I'm being deflowered by a grown woman!
Mother: By the way I'm your mother
Kid: OH GOD NO

EDIT: That's where it becomes rape if you were wondering.

I liked LotR's. And Kill Bill had a pretty good soundtrack too, now that I think of it.

I agree with LoTR.  Such epic sound.

I personally loved the Gladiator soundtrack as well.

I could listen to the soundtrack to the movie Pi all day...everything Clint Mansell does is amazing. Ghost Dog's industrial hiphop background music is also amazing, pretty far from Tom Waites for Jarmusch.  ;D
