PSP Dilemma: European Vs. American version
« on: September 04, 2005, 05:13:26 am »
So i decided to buy the PSP, finally.

Only there's one problem i'm facing...i'm not sure which version of this gaming console i should buy, the Euro. and the US versions both cost the same, but i don't know what's the difference between them?

By the way, i'm from Israel, so i'm counted as an european citizen..

Maybe it has to do with the showing format, because Euro. consoles use PAL and American use....something else?

Thanks,
Heat

There is no difference, only the US version can only play us umd movies and the european only european umd movies (and maybe a few others not sure).

There is no such thing as PAL or NTCS (that is the american right?) for the PSP, it isn't a TV.
