Some of the comments left the views are uneducated and completely miss the point of spore. It is one thing to say it is not my type of game, but to say many of the things they did say requires little knowledge of the game, the perspective, and the scope.
I may personally hate the Sims, but I respect the idea and "why" people enjoy it. It is just not my type of game.
The people commenting sound like the people who said the Wii would fail as I dumped almost 20,000 dollars into Nintendo's stock, when it was sitting at a pretty $23 a share backing September of 06'. I sold my shares and reinvested a few months (had to reinvest it, so I did not have to pay capital gains).
I would put my money as well on EA, this will be another "Wii" in the making.
