Actually that might be cool if going to the center of one galaxy allowed you to jump to a neighboring one. Then you could explore the whole universe and not just your own home galaxy.

but seriously, maybe it does have something to do with a super massive black hole at the center. Maybe you get to use it to somehow warp to an entirely NEW galaxy?

yeah, that's what I thought as well. Probably not though.
I still think my total extinction idea might be cool. Very....symbolic, sort of.

They don't mean a real end, but more like something that brings a sense of closure to entire experience. You would still be free to play afterward.

That would be nifty, but how many planets are in the one galaxy you have now, like a million or so i think it was. If you went all over the universe thats just like 3,483,579,085,672,450,967,309,467,204,563,409,685,896.5 planets. I dont think that you would be able to explore that all ever or there even be enough space on the disk to put that all.
