Hello,

First post on here, thought i'd put my opinion of Assain's Creed across. Firstly i'l point out that i have only played roughly an hour and a half so these are just my first impressions.

It's certainly not a bad game but then again it's not great in my opinion. It's almost completely side-scrolling with some degree of movement on the Z axis although this is very limited and can cause some issues with the camera postioning. The game thus far generally consists of jumping from rooftop to rooftop whilst pickpocketing and fighting computer controlled guards. The pickpocketing element is nice in that you have to use the stylus to guide the item out of the pocket within a time limit whilst not knocking anything. The fighting is very much hack n slash with differnt moves being carried out with different key presses etc and can get quite repetitive.

Overall i'd say it was enjoyable at first but it's now become a chore to pick it up and play as it's beginning to get very repetitive, those are just my opinions though.

Thanks.

heh, too late. I bought it and beat it. It wasn't great but wasn't bad either, something cool to play once but I doubt I'll ever touch it again :P

yeah, well, if you are a fan... you get to know the story before Assassins creed on the consoles. people who loved the console version will like this one.
