Poems

 :D ;) :) ;D :o ::) I tremble in darkness
Afraid of the unseen
Scared of what lurks in shadow.
I yearn to be free
Unbound from my chains
To run through field and medow.
Unable to move
From this place I am in
Will I ever be released?
My doubt and my pain
I hold deep inside me
Prevent me from finding peace.
Alone in the dark
Trapped forever
I wonder if here I will die.
Falling to the ground
I Clench both my fists
And reach them to an unseen sky.

Obviously the one in his post. ;)

Advice: Write something more in the first post when starting a thread, like the point of the thread.

Lestat is the master of grammar
He writes peoms of glory and glamour
Sarcastic I'm being
Mispelt words I'm seeing
Oh great, we've got one more spammer.

EDIT - This is just gentle fun Lestat. Not meant to offend.

...And Interview with a Vampire was spoiled by the terrible acting of Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise!

As far as options go for that poll, you need another - "None of the above, because I'm not an emo teenager".

Seriously, I don't mean to be negative but if you're going to write poetry at least try not to cover the incredibly well-worn angsty-teen route.

vampire peoms
dark peoms
love peoms
scary peoms
zombie peoms

Of course, this covers the gamut of human emotion.

Daxx, there's nothing wrong with being an angsty teen! *indignation* :P

and I'd like to see some more zombie-love poems  :)

Haiku is the ONLY poem for me. I can't stand Western poetry unless it is in music. :|

I can safely say i've never once seen a poem about zombies. Uh..

"They're dead!
They're strange!
They really want your brains!
They're zoooom-biiiiiiiies.... zooooom-biiiiies...."
