Brutal Legends looks like a Tenacious D video game, taking heavy metal and rock one step more seriously than the rest of us, turning it funny. Any other Dev announced this I'd be skeptical, but not Schafer. I'd buy this game no matter what (it's Dio in the trailer! ;D), but with Schafer behind the wheel it could be a heavy metal wet dream come true!

I will second this fact, making it that much more factual.

First Person Shooters are better on PC.

Fact.

I'd dispute that.  More accurate, yes.  But last time I checked that doesn't make them better or more fun.

Dual analogue + triggers feels more like you're actually playing the game, it's much easier to immerse yourself in the game.  With a mouse and keyboard, it's always going to feel like you're using a mouse and keyboard, you never forget you're just playing a game.

Well, I agree with Winter's logic except in favor of the PC controls. I feel that the PC controls are much more immersive than a controller, controllers just feel silly.

Ha ha. I was just about to comment that Winter's statement could be switched round and still have just as much weight as an argument, but it looks like Pat beat me to it.

Having played with both styles I have to say they're both just as 'immersive'.
The one thing the PC has over dual analogue is that the action runs just that bit faster, and its easier to pull off tricky shots with consistency.

However, this needn't be an advantage, since slowing the action down with dual analogues can be a good way to change the pace of the game to make it more accomodating or fair on those players with less skill.
Sam is basically right, he's just cranky.
