Very cool spaceship, got this classic yet unique look. And about the RP, you can just join; most new comers introduce their race to the galaxy with an alien meeting RP where they are found by other races owned by other members of the forum and interact with them. I offer you the Urshans as the first race to meet if you are interested and guide you through the whole thing, or you can just open the thread and let other players interested join. Anyway there’s a RP guide you should read first that would explain a lot of things, written by Daxx.

And maybe you could explain about their inner organs, I am especially interested in their central neural system.
Ok I'll read that guide  :).
And I will post about their biology when I have the time.

Very nice mate I love it! You've inspired me to try and get my creature on here lol
Wow, nice to hear that. Can´t wait to see them   :D

Maybe a bit of how their mouth works.

Sure, it's not that complicated though.
I'll make a drawing of it  ;)

Mouth

The Oohm have rows of teeth closely behind eachother. The first rows have sharp teeth for cutting and the back rows have blunt teeth for chewing.
The teeth in each row are attached to a ring like muscle wich can open and close.
All the rows can open and close independantly, and thats how the Oohm are able to chew.
They also have a very thin tongue wich they use for removing food stuck behind the teeth. They do not taste with the tongue, they can do that with the skin between the teeth.

But lets not let me steal all your attention- do you have anything about the creature's culture yet mate?

Organs

1. First brain: This is where all information gets handled and stored.
2. Back-up brain: After information is handled and stored in the first brain, it is send to the second brain as a back-up memory and when the first brain is damaged, the Back-up brain takes over.
3. Tri-hearths: The tri-hearths are three small hearths linked together. The Oohm is able to survive with two hearths working, so when one hearth stops, the others are still able to pump all the blood around.
4. Herbi-stomach: The herbi-stomach is where all the ''plant'' matter gets digested.
5. Carni-stomach: The carni-stomach is where all the ''animal'' matter gets digested.
6. lung: The Oohm have one big lung instead of two smaller ones.
7. Egg sac: Oohm females have a egg sac. This is where the eggs grow before they are layed and they are attached to small strings wich give them nutrition. The eggs hatch in about two days after they are layed.

The other organs are similar to those of humans so I won't tell about them.

Next update will probably be about culture.  ;)

Horay! Another race with double brains. The Urshans would be interested in contacting those guys for sure.

Still would love to learn more about their culture.

Nice. I like that triple heart.  :)

Looking good.  I look forward to seeing you in the RP's.  Be sure to introduce yourself to the Alliance of Honor.
Probably not a Goat, either.

How does it know where to put meat and plant matter?

Intersting though.  :)

They can taste if it's a plant or meat and than the right stomach opens up for it in a reflex.
If the plant tastes like meat (or the other way around), they can open the right one consciously if they want.
They almost always eat plants and meat separately, but it is not a big problem if a bit of meat gets into the Herbi-stomach, it just takes longer to digest (also the other way around).

Cool, I knew that yours had two brains too, but I forgot that when I gave mine two brains too.
Next update will probably be culture, might take a while though, have a lot of tests to study for.

I will probably join RP but I have to study so It might take a while before I join.

Nice. I like that triple heart.  :)
Thanks  :)
