Although I haven't read Twilight, and I plan not to, after hearing the premise and some stupid sections from a friend of mine who has read it....I've decided it sounds really pointless. After expressing this to someone who is completely addicted to Meyer's works, I was threatened with death. Via desanguination.
They're collectible! Sorta...

Just get a confidant to feed you some of your killer's blood after you die and you will rise as a glittery adowable wampire >:3

Ugh.  I'd rather get beaten to death with a copy of Twilight!

The Awakening

Ugh.

This is Jane.
See Jane be opressed.
Rebel, Jane, rebel!
See Jane commit suicide.

"The Girl and the Goat."

It's a kid's book. But by golly, if you're going to write a kid's book at LEAST make it funny. I mean, it was the absolute WORST children's book EVER WRITTEN. With crap like that, how the heck are kids ever going to want to read?!

ARGH.

Okay, I'm better now.

And I absolutely HATED Moby Dick. There must be like, twelve people in the world who liked Moby Dick, tops. And they're all Oxford professors. I suspect that Herman Melville wasn't quite right in the head...

Yea, it was a terrible book. I was looking for some english books for school and noticed Moby Dick in the racks. I had high expectations but all the book gave me was a vague description of how whale hunters live -_-

meh, twilight was ok. NOTHING happens for most of them, though

a vampire comes to hunt you down! in a quest for your blood! and now he's dead. mauled. by a pack of  vampires.

another vampire comes to hunt you down! in revenge for his lost leader! and now he's dead. mauled. by a pack of wolves.

a third vampire comes to hunt you down! in revenge for her lost mate! with an army this time! and now their dead. mauled. by a pack of vampires AND wolves.

From what I saw in the movie is anything to go by they cover them selves in diamond glitter before going out in the sun. I hear the witches in left 4 dead are girls who didn't get to see the ending of the movie.

No, no, he did. In the everything else section, at least. Officially, this makes him king.

a huge army of vampires comes to hunt you down! and then they go home. they just changed their mind.

The only book I didn't really enjoy was the Lord of the Rings, Fellowship of the Ring. Not to say its horrible before a flame war starts, I just simply didn't enjoy the writing style, or some of the content like the singing. I enjoyed the movies more.

Also, I've never read Twilight, nor do I intend to, i didn't even really enjoy Dracula, again writing style opinion.

God, yeah, Tolkein had some nice ideas but he wasn't exactly a master of the written word. I got through the Fellowship and half way through The Two Towers before I gave up from sheer boredom.

One of the rare cases of the movie arguably being better than the book.

I liked Fellowship but thats about all I forced my way through two towers but gave up early in Return of the king.
