Heh, I can't sympathise. If I ever go on a diet it will be to gain weight.

Amen. 5' 8.5" and less than 140 pounds

That's 1.74 metres, and 10 stone to you, KS.

Heh, I'm 6' and 125 pounds. I have a friend who's even lighter and not that much shorter.

If you can, go swimming.  it's supposedly really good for your body and it doesn't feel like your exorcising.

Anyway, that's a pretty good deal.  You do something good for yourself and you get a wii

Crist Sam! I thought I was bad when I was 160 at 6'4. Go eat a sandwich, and go to the gym. The only way I was able to gain weight was working out. Packing on muscles helps out a lot (and the ladies like it too ;) ), also your apatite increases because your burning more calories so that helps too. Of course now that I'm older my metabolism is starting go go to hell, stupid old age.
I need a new tag.

Wow, I got nothin'.

Do I save face if I say that I work out and that I'm about 10% body fat? I can't even imagine what you are.

Some very low percentage. Naturally I'm pretty weak but my day to day life doesnt involve much heavy lifting so It doesnt really matter anyway.

Well, I'm practically in the same situation here, but a little lighter than you: 6' and 120 pounds.

I study during all the day and here in the phytopathology/microbiology laboratory we also don't have heavy work, only in rare moments. Some heavy works appear some times, mainly when I have some time and I help my father in the fixes of our house and in the construction of some furniture/equipment to daily use.

I think that your dad is doing this as a desperate attempt to stop you from getting diabetes. You should appreciate it.

I'm the same height and weight as KS, however I can benchpress my body weight fairly easily for some odd reason.

So, stock up on Crucifixes and Holy Water.

I just run, go to the gym once maybe twice a week. I'm pretty toned. Although I do walk everywhere and have to cycle for my paper round every morning.

I had to get good grades when it came time to get an atari 2600 and then I was on the thing so much my grades slipped.

After that my parent's refused to get me any other consoles and I had to buy my first gameboy myself (how I loved sitting on the can and playing Gradius and Castlevania on that system)

Thank you, as you have just been Lazered
