it's a good videogame podcast. It's hard to find any good quality video game coverage in TV or podcast. They're major downfall is that most of them try to be funny. If they just stopped being funny most of the other TV shows and podcast would be a whole lot better. Look at the 1up Shows video podcast, it's great and I really enjoy it, but during there summer episodes they started doing these sketches and they're terrible. It drives me crazy because it was such a good show. Steve's show is addicting because it's good serious discusion on gaming that isn't being waterdown by crappy comedy.

In my opinion Gaming Steve simply brings the best non-written video game news. And believe me, I tried alot of podcasts, and regularly listen to a quite a few, but in the end there's only one podcast which makes me most excited when I see a new entry on the blog ;) Like someone stated above, I also catch myself checking the site almost daily. And as the OP, I also crave a new episode, but I'm 100% confident Steve is popping them out as fast as his life allows him too. And the day a new one does turn up, I never felt it wasn't worth the wait, on the contrary even. As long as Steve doesnt stop making these wonderful podcasts, you won't hear me complain :) Ok enough ass-kissing for one post (and I even registered to write this :p )

Exhale, a loyal belgian listener ;)

PS: GS is the best source simply because it is what it sais it is: "The home of intelligent game discussion". nuff said.

I also agree with the above two posts. I bet Steve has some real life things that are in the way. Hopefully everything works out and the podcasts gets abck into motion. And I was thinking, I would pay for this podcast, but what if Steve asked around, Xfire, microsoft, etc, for advertising. In comparing Steve to the PCGamer Podcast, they have ads, but it's tastefully done and once before the show begins and dosen't disturb it.

PC Games / Is Blizz denying it, so they don't do the same mistake;

as they did with the wow expansion? Is Blizzard Corp. denying that they wil make World of Starcraft/Diablo, because they don't want to announce anything too early? Didn't Blizz screw up by announceing their expansion pack too early, and they don't want to make the mistake, so they are currently denying it?

I know that the PC gamer podcasts has a two minute add for It's tastefully done and funds the podcasts. I'm all for Steve doing advertisements as long as he does it tastefully. And cmon, interviewing someone about their game is free press for the Dev/productizer anyways.

Site News / How long can a person edit their post's?

I was wondering, how long from the creation of a post, will it be editable?

PC Games / Re: Anyone else have Gammerragee?
« on: June 29, 2006, 03:01:25 pm »
This is why I have game fly. I don't buy games anymore. I just rent them, and when I get sick of it I send it back.

I did the math, and it's cheeper then buying games

But Gamefly wouldn't work with PC games, would it? Guess I'll wait till I get that 360 eventually.

The Prey demo was great in my opinion and I also recommend DarkStar One when it comes out. ( For the DarkStar One demo, see my thread on it in this section.)

Just click "Watch The Exclusive Announcement Now," after the intro finishes or if you skipped it.

Anyone excited?

So Steven Hawkings is right! We must take plans to colonize the moon. I must laugh my ass off before any of the doomday scenarios come to play!
