"On or before the 3rd June 2009"

So who does everything think will win?

I'll be supporting the Liberal Democrats for a long time when I can finally vote, and also plan on representing my constituency when I'm a bit more experienced at life and older.

Thanks for those sightings OpDDay2001 :)
And no I'm not making this up, I went outside for a while after I came in to post it on here but they didn't appear again.
The way it disappeared made me think it wasn't a satellite,, because for a couple of seconds it stayed at a constant light level like the nearby stars and then seemed to collapse into itself.
Any more thoughts?

I was standing outside, looking up at the sky as it went from dusk to night. As I was just casually looking around, suddenly out of nowhere a bright light appeared (similar to what the ISS looks like from here, but about 5x brighter) and stayed there for about 3-4 seconds, not moving it should be noted. Then after that 3-4 seconds it faded at a pretty steady speed over about 5-6 seconds until it looked just like the normal stars near it. And then, just as I was about to think "WTF?" it vanished. Completely vanished, and I couldn't see anything afterwards.

Also (not sure if it's important or not) when I looked around looking for other signs of it, There were two clouds. One was long and a straight line, with a hole running all the way through it if you catch my drift, resembling the Milky Way seen from Earth. Next to it was a squashed oval shaped cloud, with two "antennae" on the top of it. At which point I was really wondering what the hell was going on.

Also to note, when the stars first came into view about 10 mins before the incident with the bright light, the first two stars which came out moved across the sky. I was thinking at that point that they were either satellites or planes, but then after about 5 mins of moving they just stopped. It was a steady crawl across the sky it should be noted.

Any thoughts?

Where can I report a UFO sighting?

(ps. I live in the great country of England, if it changes anything)

Heyaa guys,

Just thought I'd pop off my favourite piece of work from the music editors;

I still have the tune stuck in my head even now, over a month on from when I created it!

To listen to it, just drag or copy the image above into the following folder; C:\Documents and Settings\[yourname]\My Documents\My Spore Creations\CityMusic and then open the in-game Sporepedia and listen from there!

Thanks for checking it out :)

Sorry for double posting but...

Man, I can't wait to finally go on a trip to the UK. I just love it's history.

Oh yeah, me too! What's your favorite part? I personally like the oppressive monarchy period best. WHAT GREAT PEOPLE.

America is fine if you're not a big whiner.

Are you saying that all British people are inherently bad people because we have a monarchy?

You sir, are a douche.

No, that's not even close to what I was saying and you'd realize that if you had taken the time to read what I quoted. He remarked that he "loooooooooooooooooooved" the history of England, which is kind've a lame and terrible one full of terrible rulers.

What's terrible about it? I think it's pretty good. You a yank? If that's the case then you really can't talk. I mean, your history goes back just over 500 years. We have some proper history. And you can't really say that all of your presidents have been great. I mean, look at your current one ffs.

And you are conveying some notion that you believe the UK is still run by the queen who is some evil being. We are a democracy, and have been for quite a while.

"Proper History"? Look here, the U.S. has got lots of "Proper History", just not as much as you Brits have, ok? We've had at least 50 wars, have more cultural diversity than your entire country can shake a stick at, and we've had a lot ups and downs and corkscrews in our history, just not as much as you because you've been around since what, the dawn of Civilization? And about our presidents... The same thing could be said about a couple of your monarchs, eh? But really it doesn't matter much to me. Proper history or no proper history, England and America still have lots of past events that boggle the mind. Don't push around America too much Supraman, the only reason Americans look dumber than the rest of the world right now is because we have a dumb **** as president, a monkey for a foreign secretary, and a foreign policy plan that basically consists of us going into a country and shooting anything that moves.

P.S. Oh and Omegatripod, you really do sound like a douche right now.
And where exactly has this gotten you .. ?

So basically I would be able to do Maths with Mechanics without ANY sort of GCSE or SAT background? (i.e. taking a technology subject)

Everything Else / Re: Could some American Citizens help me please?

But I haven't done anything related to Mechanics in GCSE :-\

Ummm... so what? Why would there be any benefit in taking a subject you already know how to do?
"Sorry mission control, I can't fix the heat shield, I never did it at GCSE."

If you did GCSE Maths and Physics then you can do mechanics. Stats is pretty useless unless you're doing biology or sociology or somesuch.
Lol true, but they should teach us that in our GCSE's :D
I'm doing Physics as part of my Science GCSE's, and so far that has been the subject I got the highest grades at. Maths I'm good at, so I'll look into that option.
Any other thoughts from people?
