I'm wondering if there are a number of possible rewards for getting to the galactic core.  I just got there and received 42 [Hitchhikers reference?] of the staff of life, which instantly brings a planet up to T3.

But in this thread, dreck said his reward for beating Spore was 999,999 health.

Does anyone have a list to what other rewards there are for beating the game?  I'm assuming the reward you get is based on how you played the game.

I won't post any of the links to it, but Spore has been cracked and is being downloaded by thousands as we speak (er, as I type).

It didn't take long at all.  So much for that draconian DRM.

Not exactly the most exciting topic in the world, but what program do you guys use on your computers to play music?  I myself use itunes.

Added bonus points for telling how many songs you have on your PC.  If you downloaded them illegally, please keep that to yourself.

Aliens exist claims former NASA astronaut and moon-walker Dr Edgar Mitchell.  According to him, aliens have visited our planet several times in the last six decades, all visits having been covered up by the U.S. (possibly others, too?) government.

To sum it up:
Game saves, key configurations and preferences will be tied to your Steam account.  This means that if you delete a game from your PC or move from one PC to another, you'll regain all of your saved games and configs upon redownloading the game. 

I actually read about this in an interview like a year or two ago.  Interesting to see how long it takes for them to make the features available for the public.

As for the future, driver auto-updating is a planned feature, as well as the ability for steam to scan your PC and tell you how well any game in it's catalog will run on it.  Valve is destroying Games For Windows Live.

General topic to talk about sleep.

How much sleep do you guys usually get a night?
You guys ever pull an all nighter, not going to sleep till the next night?

As for myself, my sleeping patterns are all over the place. I'm think I'm like an insomniac, I never want to go to sleep when I'm awake, but when I finally do, I never want to wake up / have an extremely hard time waking up. On average I'd say I probably get like 7 hours a night

12 South American nations unite to form a union similar to that of the EU.  The union will be known as Unasur, with its members being Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Can you feel it?  North American Union is next.  I can feel it.
