Well that the image of the bug eye dosn't look fake, so does this mean its in the game, i dont know if that is good or bad

Hmmmm....Flying and swimming creatures are a must. Me wants them!† I heard in one of the recent Leipzig videos that when you come out of the water onto land for the first time, you would look like a slug:† is that really true?† As in, it would look nothing like the animal you made in the water?† If so, major badness dere (i.e. I do not wish it was like that).†

Ok an idea possibly a food editor, ok I know its small and really pointless buy hey theirs 83 pages of ideas here its all I could think of that may not have been said. (Sorry if it has been said). Come on who here wouldnít design food to make it look like there own creature, make your creature cannibals> ok only me who wants that oh well Iíll just go of and hide and eat worms.

That video sounds really cool, probably not with the narratot though. I think that unvierse thing would be good, like if you press yes to have an existing one a selection of your galaxys will come up on screen, for you to load up.
Oh yeh the cell stage is the tutorail for the rest of teh game.

Yeh I guessed it was something like that. The game I worked on last was pretty insignificant but even there we had a rule not to post on the forums under a dev account because the resultant spam you got just wasn't worth the time.

i hope you dont mind me asking but what was the last game you worked on.

Oh it would be cool if  Will himself still reads these posts, but I don't think it would be advisable for him to make himself know to be here again as teh same event will happen again, but kinder of bigger as the member rate round here is shooting up.

Yeah this is getting a but cheesy now. Slartybartfast its realy bad to take credit for other peoples work (I think its actualy against the law). Theres no way you coulda done all those in a few days. Let alone with the creature editor WHICH ISNT EVEN OUT FOR TESTING. We dont buy it so please stop.

how can you have a pic saying no noobs, when your being a real noob hear come on read probaly before having a go at people.

Heres a picture from my cheese race

Spore: General / Time Travel
« on: October 09, 2006, 11:56:52 am »
Ok first, I'm only starting this topic as the spore watering hole is very dried up and well I cant see rain clouds no were near. So this is just a bit random and probably never happen but I think it sounds cool and would be cool in the game.

Ok I was just thinking for a cool idea for maybe an expansion pack or something, wouldn't it be cool if you could get time-travel in spore. Like you would get it after being in the space stage for a while, maybe finding an artefact or doing some kind of mission, you get access to time travel. This means you could go back any part in time in your galaxy and mess around with things. Like so you could decide to go back to your creature when you were in the creature stage and the game before would record the actions of what you did and replay them when you go back in time, or they events could just be computer controlled but with your creature (that sounds more practical). Then you could mess around with it like destroy other tribes or creatures that are bothering you and if you want destroy you own which would then mean game over for you I think. Which brings me to my main problem with my idea, how would your changes back in time change what happens when you go back to you present time (confusing ???). So like you go back and possibly edit your own creature now will when you go back would your creatures have changed or been the same as always!!!. Now Iím confused.  ???

Spore: General / Re: Brain Stats
« on: October 09, 2006, 11:45:16 am »
Doesn't the brain size unlock new parts in the creature editior? The parts, in turn, affect your stats.

Hit the nail on the head there. Or i could just say, thats sounds right i dont think brain level directly effects what you r creature can do. of cousre it means more parts in the editor which means you can upgrade your creature which inturn mean you will proably able to do more, or simply be better at things.

Spore: General / Re: Who needs eyes?
« on: October 01, 2006, 11:58:06 am »
I dont think you need eyes as long as you have enough of the other seneses so you have enough in the senese stat.

Its thought that teh higher the senesers teh more chance of you hitting you oppentant, or seeing camoflauged creatures.

I also think that they will have a warning in the beginning that says that you need to take brakes from playing it or else you will get epilepsy.

Also a warning saying you are about to lose 60 years of your life, so be prepared.

I think they will have all the parts from the editors in the manual or a poster or even a prima guide.

Also other stuff about the game like controls, hotkeys (I think thatís the right name for them), hints and tips, game code, troubleshoot section (which I never read but always end up doing so, dam my computer) and some the stuff we donít know about I guess.
