PC Games / Re: Age of Empires II HD - Coming to Steam 4-9-13

I would not mind that however as I am a big fan of Total Annihilation. And 6 hours of excitement was not unheard of in that game. But my guess is that is going to be a quicker game. I hope it is not going to resemble a Relic game more than an Age of Empires game. Not that there is something wrong with Relic. But I do not need a new company of heroes or dawn of war. If they want to do that then just make sequels to those games.

Oh and there doing apparently a Definitive edition of Age of Empires 2 and 3 too. Well, not Relic but Microsoft then the studios they have tasked with that.

Everything Else / Re: Dreams

I have had dreams where my grandfather was alive and it really feels like he is alive. He was a good grandfather, so when wake up I start to miss him. But at least is all happy though. He died quietly.

It was worse with my grandmother. She was a lot in the hospital for the last part of her life. Often sick. We found out toward the end that she had cancer. But she passed away it was not as much of a shock as she had been sick for so long. I miss her too.

Not only that. But I am pretty sure you not supposed to intimidate someone that is called to Senate hearing like that.

I would be interested in both those. I am not sure I am looking forward to something specific right now. I have been slowly playing though my backlog however. But there many games in there... But quite a few of them are new to me :)

Why do you think the GOP was so terrified of Obamacare? It risked putting tens of millions of low-income (read: largely conservative) people in a position where voting against their interests actually had a tangible consequence, rather than some abstract budgetary one. Entitlements become the status quo very quickly if they aren't destroyed.

I assume you mean the low-income voters that vote republican? As there is a huge number of them that vote Democrate. Of course a huge number of them do not vote at all. And that is how it seems Republicans like it considering how much they support voter suppression.

Facebook feeds can be deceptive. There often echo chambers. I do hope that Labour do advance however.

Labour will win without a doubt if, and this is a big if, people go out and vote. The big reason why Brexit won was due young people staying home and not voting. And that was with a slim margin. Every vote counts and generally any vote not cast can pretty much be seen as support for conservatives. Same thing here in Sweden. When people do not go out and vote then conservatives wins. Because old conservatives always vote. always.
