I new I wasn’t going senile. Spore was built on prototypes, why change a prototype if it’s working. I think some form of evolution/modification could be at work here. Strong evidence No, but suggestive.

Any county could dominate space, if enough resources were invested in the project. Some large companies could even do it. There should be the opportunity for more than one civilisation to conquer space. Just imagine if another country had first contact, they would benefit from technology first and could therefore win the space race.

I still think events in real life, the technology race has only took approx 200 years, its still going on. Who know who will win?

if colony ships where in spore you could hijack them and steal technology and resourses.

No, I am talking about a prototype of the Sporepedia, it was a screen shot. I am quite sure there were different versions of creatures. One had four legs and the same creature copy only had two, evolution?

I think that there might be an important part of spore that is missing. The space race, U.S vs. the Russians for example. I know that you can have global wars, and eventually take over your planet.
What I am curious about, is can your race and an enemys culture on your planet, fight for the control of space. ICBMS, moon missions, etc. It could be an interesting challenge if it was in spore.

I know you can build colonies with your ufo, what about having them launched (randomly) from your solar system, where you could hunt for them to see in any have survived on any planets

In one of the very old screen shots of the Sporepedia there where several different versions of wills willosuar it (I have been searching the images, and I cannot find the one with the multiple creature on it, but I will keep on searching. If I remember correctly this could indicate different stages of evolution.

I would like formations and attacking styles based on the races, culture and different fighting techniques.
Defensive and offensive options during combat.

US patent owned by WotC, does not mention anything about trading cards made by the players themselves, only about retail outlets, this could be a legal loophole. What do you think?

I will try to colonize all extream planets. I wonder if enviroments have any biological advantages / disadvantage? maybe adapting my race of degu's to each enviroment till they become super beings and take over the spore universe.

True enviroments, If starting on a cold world, having an advantage when colonising cold worlds
(breed better, stronger , better survivability etc)
