I just wanna post another quick off-topic post because reading these I feel like I've missed something I've already watched one spore video but is there anything or anywhere I can go and watch to get a more detailed overview of spore? I would really appreciate it thanx.

naucean - i vow that if i ever meet you , i will blow you up :) nothing personal,
Bah if i ever meet the Nauceans i will as i have said before i will bow down to them and let them lead my people.

Ditto. I will take over an entire galaxy and present it to the Nauceans as an offering.
Well I for one will help Brutus in ridding the galaxy of the Nauceans followers!! >:( You may not wish to anger the 'all-powerful' Nauceans but I SHALL!!! >:( BTW sorry for all the quotes... my race of andol's will destroy the universe! Then Brutus and I shall stand above the ruins and rule all!!!

What do you mean cut to much of the corners off?? u didn't make sense at all?
Brutus, if you read my previous post about how i created the map, then u wouldn't have posted again about how i claimed to have made it.
Yes, as i have ALREADY mentioned, i used existing maps to make the new Lerm map. However, the process in creating the map is completely different in how you think i made it. First, i did use photoshop to create the map, however i first designed the coastlines myself using the paintbrush tool. Then i created the geography by using the CLONE tool to clone from an existing source, and then put on the lerm map. I used the magic wand tool to highlight the shapes that i have already DRAWN to then copy the existing geography within the shape so as not to go outside the line, thus creating the coastlines. I used the paintbrush tool to touch up on areas to make them look realistic. Yes, so its a coincidence that it looks like earth, so what? i don't see what the point u are making is, as its been mentioned already. Claiming that i hacked a map of earth up, well go ahead and think that, but i know i use my techniques to create maps and maybe others know about the various techniques one can use to create such effects in photoshop.
Brutus, when you said that i have the correct locations for the geography, such as deserts and grasslands, then yes you are right, because i also know a bit about the placements and geography of where such biomes would occur on a planet. So whats your point?
Oh and i actually made the rivers myself!. And your little map of the areas i claimed i used, good job, i like how u think i used Spain for the island and used Australia for the australian like continent, very funny..(i never used real world locations at all or either hacked parts of a map up)..haha

We all have our various techniques for doing things in photoshop, and this is the method that i employed to create my map. If you knew how to do these things in photoshop, then you would understand. I originally made the map for CELESTIA as i have already said, not for this thread alone. The Polar Coordinates filter was used to create the ice caps the way they are, and if you wish to align the sides of the map up and see if they match ,then u will see they will match.

You wrote "you" adn not "u"!
OWNED BRUTUS!!

Nah-I might...but Nah..it would just screw up the game-a flying set o' t*ts might be funny though... ;)

Yeh exactly there is so much potential for burrowing creatures-and if you had the same view as  cellular level underground it could work! You could have underground cities-like the mole people...ALL HAIL THE MOLE PEOPLE >:( >:( >:(   Another thing is weather-is there a weather system? ??? because if there isn't it might put a bit of a downer on the excellence of the game. What I was thinking was if there is a weather system it could have like B&W: creature Isle had where you registered the game on the interent, then every time you played the game would upload and make the weather in the game-or your planet in this instance- show the weather in your part of the world!  :o Also with weather could come natural disasters....wiping out species...... :o

Not sure if this has been asked yet, but what about tree-dwelling creatures? Will you be able to swing from branch to branch in a dense forest? It'd be cool to be able to build a city up in the trees, though I'm fairly certain that won't happen.

Yeh that is a good idea and you never know it could happen.........but it probably won't. What about burrowing creatures? just a thought ???

Yes welcome. ::) ??? I think a good-albeit slightly unconventional-idea would be tohave amphibious creatures that could go between land and water. That way you could build cities above and below sea level!!!!! :o - :oHOW ABOUT THAT?!?!?!? :o-CITIES ON LAND AND WATER 8)-HOW ABOUT THAT?!?!?!? :o-CITIES ON LAND AND WATER 8)-HOW ABOUT THAT?!?!?!? :o- I should probably have read the FAQ's on this game first but how will the flying creatures work? cos i think it would be cool if you could have flying cities 8), or cities built on cliffs. im just spitballing-sorry 2 waste space :'(
