Best show ever. It's so trashy you can't help but enjoy it.

Any other trash connoisseurs?

I have used too much of my time on this game. It is incredible.

Volcanic eruption.
Impending nuclear disaster.

Too bad it happened the wrong place. It should have happened to China to teach them not to threaten the West's position as #1.

Thank you, Grangan and Xeno, for ruining original and potentially fun and interesting ideas with your childish desire to feel better about yourself by berating, insulting and/or annoying other people.

It's hard letting your pride go. But if you know they're right, you gotta give it to 'em. Also, SmileyMan would make the worst suicide counselor ever.

Yeah, I wouldn't have a lot of returning customers.

Back on topic, I have a problem admitting I'm wrong when fighting with my psycopathic friend from town, we carpool so there is no way to avoid arguments. I am contemplating his murder.

That's not a problem; that's a solution.

Ventrilo beats TeamSpeak any time. Much better audio quality, and harrasers can not easily evade a mute as they can on TS2.

Sometimes I feel like I have been swaying from REM sleep to being awake the whole night. The dreams I have those nights are very trippy and I always remember everything from them, and I'm surprisingly well-rested the following morning. I don't "feel" like having slept, but more like having been stuck in the realm between being awake and falling asleep.

Yes, you are right, I'm not taking this thread seriously.

2. Darwin was an agnostic, not an atheist, by his own admission.

Agnosticism is, when you use it that way, just weak atheism. The word is technically not supposed to be used as a stance regarding belief in God, but rather a stance regarding the belief in (dis-)proving God's existence - I hope you can see the difference between those two things.

The technical definitions of the two words (impossibility of knowing vs. lack of belief)  support my argument 100% and I have had this debate too many times on the internet, so I'll just leave it at that.

It's not really a funny story when you take into consideration that this person has to live with the disorder every day.

Yes it is.

And at least she has someone to talk to at all times.

Hi guys,

We will be rolling out the first of a series of updates later today with a variety of fixes for Empire: Total War, including:
Fixed Alt-Tab issue which prevents players from switching away from a full screen window
Fixed text rendering for certain resolutions
Fixed localized font overrun issues.
Fixed a variety of crash and memory leak issues
Fixed a variety of multiplayer client lock
Fixed trade nodes for those nations with resource in home region which caused unprofitable trade theatre routes eg: Sweden and Marathas.
There is a constant support program in process which is using your feedback as well as our own testing. We are currently working on the next update which will be available early next week.

Mark O'Connell

If it doesn't apply to the demo.. I don't care.. the demo caused my first (in a long, long, long time) BSoD the other day because of these issues. Tjhe camera controls suck. The game isn't worth my time.. it even crashed when I tried to board another vessel causing the whole game to lock up (which is what eventually caused the BSoD). *shrugs*

Maybe your computer just sucks.

Yeah, sloppy, thats the right word, the battle animations look like the ending of that family guy show where they run out of funds :)

Don't blame the game for you not being able to run it maxed out.
