Congratulations Steve!

I have that crack. So has just about every DS Lite user.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's mostly cosmetic issue, and a small one at that. (You didn't notice it until other people had mentioned it, right?) I don't believe anybody has really had further complications due to it.

Hey, I haven't visited these forums in quite awhile. I don't know if any of you will remember me, although I've been around almost since the beginning. ^_^

Anyway, I recently got access to Nintendo WFC. Which also reinvigorated my interest in this game.

I'll add some of you people, according to the codes over at the Animal Crossing Friends code topic. Feel free to add me too!

Nate in Taiton

I'll be on for awhile tonight, if anybody feels so inclined to visit. My town ain't all that impressive, though, and my house is a mess. ^_^

I apologize for going to much on the offense.

But I don't feel like that was exactly constructive criticism, since it doesn't really affect the quality of the show much. I realize that opinions may vary, though, so I'm sorry for my reply.

Whoa, settle down. Doing a Podcast isn't as easy as you think, and a phrase that somebody repeats a lot is the least of their concerns.

You know, I don't get people like you. The ones who go up to somebody and say "Oh, I like all the work you've done. Except for this thing." And then go on and on about why they disliked that one thing.

Why did you even waste the time to sign up for an account merely to criticise Steve for saying "With that being said"?

To quote somebody on another forum:

"I bet someone overheard Kutagari saying 'shoot, at least they didn't show Smash Brothers, or we'd have been screwed'".

Holy cow, this is so freaking awesome! My E3 is now practically complete...Smash Brothers! Huzzah!

Too bad it's during the morning, while I'm at school. I was originally planning on rushing home right after school and checking all of the news out. But looks like I'm not going to be able to be home until about 4:30-5:00. Dang. Oh well--by then I can read up on everything and stream/download (yeah, right--servers will not be happy tomorrow) the conference. I can seriously hardly wait to see SSB Wii, Metroid Prime 3, Super Mario 128, all the stuff they'll have for the DS, and any other announcements they have up their sleeves.

It's a good time to be a gamer; a Nintendo fan, in particular.

Did anybody watch Nintendo's press conference last year? It was great--it just had a great, casual atmosphere to it. You felt like Nintendo was being frank with you. They unveiled some great stuff, and the audience was extremely loud. Heh.

El Stevo: So did they clap at all during the entire presentation of the controller? Or was it all silence? I'm pretty curious about the crowds reaction.

Heh, I can't wait to hear Steve rant about this (at least, I hope he will) on the Podcast. Steve's ranting is always fun. ;D

Is it just me or is Sony digging themselves into a deeper and deeper hole? Are they going to hope for brand loyalty alone to make them successful this generation?

For me? Bring on a revolution...

I didn't used to be a Sony hater either.

Even though I can see that the gaming press is going to eat Sony alive after this, I worry about the mainstream community. They'll see the Wii and the PS3 side-by-side and assume that the PS3 can do everything that the Wii can (which is absolutely false) but with better graphics (although the Wii will have price on its side.) Since the PlayStation is more mainstream nowadays they may just assume that it was also PS3's innovation in the first place.

*shakes head again*

Just check out any of the live Sony conference updates. What they freaking hell is up with that? Does Sony really have no sense of shame?

I'm not a Sony hater. But Sony has copied Nintendo for years, and this is just insane. I really hope that the video gaming press rips Sony to shreds because of this. And that nobody actually thinks they came up with a "fantastic innovation" like they're calling it.

And they didn't even make it right. *shakes head*

I really hope Nintendo grounds Sony to the ground in this next generation just for that little stunt...

I would love to seem him interview some of the guys over at Nintendo's Treehouse. You know, the geniuses behind the localization of such titles as Mario & Luigi, Animal Crossing, and Fire Emblem?
