Just had a search and I've found this link to an adventure creator that might help trigger ideas:

It's designed for roleplaying games but could also be used for Spore adventures.

I had a good play around with the editor on Saturday and created a fantastic battle scene with three battlegroups one on land, one in the air and one at sea then just let it play and it was amazing to watch. The air forces where an archetypical UFO and they really worked well just wish I could think of an adventure to use the ideas.

Also I had an idea for a Jurrasic Park which could be explored with dinosaur exhibits.

Has anyone got a good understanding of the advanced behaviour editor I tried to get a creature to pick up a gun and shoot another creature and all that happened the first creature kept picking the gun up and dropping it over and over. It was funny but really annoying.

I'm suffering writers block and I've only completed one adventure so I thought it would be a cool idea to have a thread where people can post ideas for adventures and then it might help trigger inspiration.

Would also be interesting to see what people come up with based on the ideas.

So come on guys lets get creative.

I uploaded my first adventure over the weekend called "The Forest Of The Living Dead" it has been tweaked and now there are two versions does anyone know how to delete the old version?

Maybe this is linked to the invisible creature patch problem. Perhaps the creatures are so small they can't be seen.

I prefer normal though I haven't tried easy. Just gave up a game on hard in tribe because it wasn't enjoyable the maps are much too small and the game plays too quickly as another poster said.

Cell on hard is much better though and creature is also more fun but then tribe ruins it for me, didn't even reach civ.

I have also noticed the creatures seem alot smaller since the patch.

Hi Guys

In the official forum MaxisMorgan has requested people suffering from lag and invisible creature issues to run using a -nosound shortcut and post results in the following thread:

I have tried and noticed a vast improvement although there are still some issues. If more people try and post there experience I'm sure we can help sort this problem.

The patch made the game unplayable for me so I decided to uninstall and reinstall. I have managed to get the game working again but crashes are now more frequent I wonder if some bits are left over from the patch.

Anyone else had any issues on a reinstall?

Maybe we should do a poll to see how many people have noticed any improvement after the patch and how many are having issues. I would do it but I've never started a poll before.

I'm also suffering from most of the problems noted on this thread I have tried all display settings and it has made no difference. With invisible creatures it makes the eco-disasters very difficult.

Just loaded my most advanced game which is well into the space stage and I can't see any creatures on the planets. I can see population in the cities though. Also finding the game very choppy and not as smooth as before. This is on all display settings.

Also it has crashed to desktop on two occasions not sure i it's the save or something else.

Anyone else noticing any problems?

Going to start a new game and see if it's a save problem.

I've come across three epics on one of my planets so I guess more is possible but probably quite rare.
