Glad no one has attempted manslaughter yet...

You know, you could just edit your posts with what you want to say, instead of making a while bunch of consecutive ones.

Keeps things neater. ;)

Yes. Perhaps I should stop...

Your feelings may change once you look at my post history...

On that note, DON'T, unless you value your life so little that you're looking to end it...

Please, I've stared into deeper abysses than-

Sweet Anansi boxing Buddha on unicycles in a sack race, what is wrong with you?!?!?!?!
What kind of person does that?
Why is there so much blood?  How do you put blood on the internet?!?!?
There are shadows between your words.  They watch me.
Why is there a sponge involved?

Yeah, see?  No different than any other post.

In seconds the sun is beating like drums in all hearts eat the ear of noise.
No different o_o

That was actually pretty funny. If you've survived, Kudos. ;)

Incidentally, awesome avatar. MS Paint FTW.

You are now my friend.

Great!

Incidentally, awesome avatar.

Have I mentioned that I can alter the flow of time to take on a circular behavior?

I didn't see any cursing. What are you talking about?

Err...SimCity 3K joke macro I did. They edited it out of my post before you could see it, I'm guessing.

Can I re-post if I remove the profanity?

Also, what exactly constitutes profanity?

Nah, it's always been that way since day one.

Rule No. 2

Alright, sorry. For whatever reason, I don't remember that...

What language!

English.

Also, the mods didn't seem to like my joke. :(

[Whoa, watch the language! Family forum, remember?]

Does this mean the policy was changed?

Excuse me, but I don't remember there being any rules against anything along those lines...

You'll have to elaborate on that one. ???

Incidentally, awesome avatar. MS Paint FTW.
I'm very honest in saying that I was (at the time) actually a lot more intelligent than my posts might have betrayed.
I think you mean "portrayed"  ;)

And thanks for the compliment on the Avatar.

No sir.

Definition of BETRAY

Good news Rbpolsen! Most, if not, all of us don't remember or cared enough about Spore General to even notice! But whatever you did, (seriously, I don't know what the hell you did anyways) you are forgiven because we don't remember.

Just don't touch Spore General. It's a diseased corpse that needs to die already. Welcome to the world of Everything Else and enjoy your stay.

That's unfortunate. At its Zenith, I'd consider Spore General the single greatest fan community surrounding spore period.

I have no idea who you are, but you sound less bothersome than most of the new blood we get around here.  And you realized you did something wrong without anyone having to tell you.  Rare talent in these parts.

Stick around for awhile.

People did have to tell me. A lot.

Unfortunately, it took 3 years to sink in. By that time, however, I was sufficiently distanced from the N00b behind my posts that it didn't hurt.

I am sorry, I don't mean to sound like a jerk or anything, but this made me laugh.

Let me begin in saying that first of all, No, I am not, in fact, a troll, nor have I ever been one, though I now understand the reasoning that might have led some of you to that conclusion.

I was active on the forums...I'm guessing a few billion years ago. Remember? When Spore was completely blown out of proportion by hype? Before Spore was dumbed down beyond recognition? Incidentally, most of you will probably remember it well.

During that time, Spore was something I'd only recently discovered (Simtropolis podcast, go figure). I was obsessed within a short period of time. Naturally, I found this forum and quickly discovered what a goldmine of information on the subject it was. I also came to obsess over all the fan media surrounding it.

Wanting to participate and not anticipating how little I actually had to add to community discussion, I joined.

I'm very honest in saying that I was (at the time) actually a lot more intelligent than my posts might have betrayed. What I lacked was a sense of spelling, a sense of etiquette, and a sense of context. The welcome I received was (for the most part) less than warm.

I don't blame anyone for this, except perhaps myself. For a number of reasons (most of them pertaining to my general reception) I decided to leave shortly thereafter.

This thread is nothing more than an apology for being such a tremendous pain-in-the-ass. I hope you will all forgive me. If not, oh well. But I hope I wasn't such a distraction that I threw the entire conversation off with my noise pollution.

Thanks everyone.

Spore: General / Re: Spore TI-83+

Yes well, in my school we were aloud to carry electronics and such during class.  I used to keep my loyal DS by my side and play Mario Kart over the school's wireless network after class had finished.  Well, this year they outlawed all electronic devices and I'm stuck being bored.  Then in my Algebra II class, I found you could program games into the TI-83+ model calculators.  I have begun creating Spore 83+ for it.

What I"m asking is what all should I put in this game to make it Spore worthy.  So far it's basically an RPG where you gain Evo Points and spend them on stat ups.  The stats are Strength, Speed, Stealth, Social, and Senses.  It's mainly text based so graphics are being saved for version 2.  What all could I put in to make it more Spore-like?

That's the school's problem, they never should have done it in the first place, Humans are so inacent.
