I have searched the board but can't find it. In one of the older podcasts, Steve recommended one book where he got most of his podcast knowledge from. Does anybody remember the title of this guide?

Thanks

I'm fine using MSN.

But we haven't decided about the snaking thing. I personally wouldn't want to race without it because MKDS w/o snaking is just boring. If somebody is not capable of doing it, you have enough time to practise. It's not that hard. Also, I would find it quite hard to define what's a straight and what's a corner. There are many long curves that could be considered as straights depending how you take it. Also, you cannot proof that somebody you cannot see is snaking. So, let's don't make it more complicated than it is and don't apply any rules. Jumping, snaking, shortcuts and free choice of karts and drivers should be allowed...

If I see only one spot blinking, I cancel and try again. Otherwise, we keep the rythm and I won't play anybody else than Sebbe ;)

I have got 4366, but I haven't played time trials except for the first cup.

Btw, djwjlaumen, you should probably update the first post with the right time just in case (20 -> 21)

I have to bring my kids to bed at around 20:00. So, 21:00 would suit much better - or am I the only one with kids here?

SotC is overhyped. The media think they have to make up for their missed coverage on ICO when it was fresh and nobody paid attention. SotC is a good game, but lacks in depth, difficulty and length. It has a nice atmosphere but becomes very repetitive over time. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate these kind of games - I LOVED ICO - and even SotC has a few great moments, but it just feels like if they have taken out the boss battles from a great game that have never been released. Too short, too easy.

PC Engine - without a doubt. So many cool ports of great Arcade games, inicl. Bonze Adventure, Tiger, Galaga 88...I guess the list is endless. Plus the best tennis game of all time: Final Match Tennis from Hudson (although I must admit Top Spin comes close).
