Podcasts / Re: Gaming Podcast MEGALIST

May i suggest compiling the lists into the one on the front page for a more complete feel.

Im not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean put the podcasts that others (and that I) have mentioned and put them into the list on the first post of this topic? Thats how it is.

Thanks Devoid. Ive finished "colour coding". Instead of colouring green/red for good/bad quality podcasts, im just not going to even include podcasts with poor quality.
Basicly all of the podcasts on this list are of quite good quality, surprisingly. If you were to actualy subscribe to all of them (which I actualy have), you would have more then enough listening material  :D

Ironicaly I was listening to the next-gen podcast before I read your post, Krazyman. New additions to the list:

Next Generation Podcast:
Gamers with jobs:
Escape Radio:
Game Addict Hotline:

Im thinking about removing
GameLife podcast:
(It sucks)

Ive decided to not-be-lazy

Im turning this thread into a Podcast Megalist!
Ive added quite a few more links to it

The list is pretty damn huge, guarenteed to take up any spare time you might have.

Of course, if you have any more to add, dont be shy!

Mabye I should do some sort of colour coding... like pointing out the best podcasts in the list, etc

I /will/ regularily update this list.

I made a humanoid with the editor in less then ten minutes, and OMG! IT LOOKS SO REAL!

Spore will surpass real life.

Who sais that the online portion of spore will be CD-key related? I suspect that you will be able to make an /account/ with username/password (which would also give your creatures the "Creators name" information, etc).

Okay, could someone clear something up, was this really on G4tv? That would be INSANE AWESOME.

But yeah, I made this, I was really bored. I figured it had to be done. No offence to Will meant by it either.

Spore: General / Re: IS SPORE a disaster in the making?

Spores not going to be a disaster, thats for sure.

Spore /could/ however, be dissapointing in certain aspects, and fail to live up to hype.

But it wont outright fail, even if it poorly lives up to hype, it still does things that games have never done before, and it will probably start a new generation of games which use procedural and user generated content.

hmm... funny... I did have everything upgraded, but I didnt have two of anything, so that may of been the problem. Nevertheless, you cant progress any further after that, can you?

This was fun untill I realised that there are only four things in the game:

2)Food thing.
3)Thing that hurts you untill you upgrade, and then you can eat it.
4)Thing that homes in on you, and that you can never kill.

After you upgrade to the point of being able to eat #3, there isnt any goal remaining in the game. This'll be alot better once some more enemies to overcome are added.

Console Games / Re: WII or PS3
« on: July 15, 2006, 01:57:57 pm »

Wii first, P
iS3 later   :D

Get it? PiS3? Piss?

Man, I'm witty.

Where IS THE DAMN "BOTH" option?

PS3 is a must... because of MGS4. The MGS series owns so hard.
Actualy... im not hearing all that much discussion about games... GAMES should be what matters in a game console.

Most likely though, Ill get a Wii first, and give some more time for the PS3 to sort out its early bugs (and wait for games like MGS4 to actualy be released). Itll give me more time to save up money for it as well.

Some other PS3 games Im either interested in, or want to learn more about:

-Assassins Creed
-Heavenly Sword
-Mercenaries 2: World in Flames
-Killzone 2
-Resistance, Fall of man
-Army of two (XBOX 360)
-Rainbow 6 Vegas (XBOX 360)
-Ratchet & Clank
-?-The Wall
-?-The Eye of Judgement
-?-Indiana Jonhes 2007
-?-Coded Arms Assault

Now the Wii.... not many announced game... but there is:

-Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
-Super Smash Brothers Brawl
-Mario Galaxy
-Red Steel

Defently some games I want to play there. And the Wii is really neat.

I really want both consoles.
