It seems like E3 is just a few weeks away ... oh wait. It is just a few weeks away! So what surprises await the gaming masses at this year's E3? PS3, Revolution, Halo 3, Spore, what news is going to make the big headlines in a few weeks? This week I take a look to E3 and what we should expect to hear.

Also big news as I join forces with Xfire and their 4 million users to bring you all my E3 coverage this year. Four million people .. that is a lot of new people to the site. Enjoy the show!

I remember him talking about that a while back, I think it was around Valentines because I remember listening to it while doing the Valentines event on CoH

Kind of sad that my memories are linked to CoH   :P

No, you need to be at least 18 to enter.

Yeah, but it isn't stringently enforced. I have seen children in footage from previous E3's. Of course, they are probably the children of the upper management. ;)

Over the past 10 years I can count the number of children I have seen at E3 on one hand. The security at E3 is crazy insane and not a year has gone by in which I haven't seen people thrown out for having counterfeit badges or looking too young.

I have seen kids, but they are extremely rare and always seem to part of a much larger group of adults (they probably are with some bigwig or something).

Nope.  The game companies know you won't be buying stock in them for a long time.

So what is Xfire? I see it in peoples sigs, but I don't get it. Does it just track how long you have been playing PC games? And how does it know? Can someone point to a FAQ or somthing

Well I meant a programmer's family of a game developer's family but I suppose it wouldn't be any different?

Then why doesn't someone sponser a more Kid Friendly Huge Gaming press Event where people under 18 are allowed? Actually that would be pretty intresting. If any of the insanly rich people who organize that kind of stuff are listening, take note, Please! I understand the Target gaming audiance is actually older now, but still Kids have a pretty vested intrest in gaming.

Why should we go ignored?  :)

Well most of you don't have jobs, thus no money. Thus you can't pay for games and then why should they pay any attention to you.

Plus, kids are annoying. Well not so much you, but a lot of them are
